If It Wasn't A Magazine We'd Surely Ask It Out

This is wild:

Much to our surprise, The New Yorker is continuing Lawrence Wright's coverage of the Scientology cult, with proof from L. Ron Hubbard's military files that - in the words of Scientology spokesman Tommy Davis - "Scientology is based on a lie.”

A lie that proves the cult of Tom Cruise, John Travolta, Kirstie Alley, Juliette Lewis (above) Anne Archer, and a whole host of other Hollywood residents, is most definitely NOT a religion - but IS a scam!

Now that's what we call a Valentine's Day present!

Oh, we love you, too, New Yorker! And not just for the movie reviews this time! We mean it:

We really, really love you!
