The Cult Of Obama: We Are Building A Religion

The timing for this is a little off, now that Obama's cracks are starting to show, but it's still a nice keepsake to remember my very first cultish primary season by.

I'm struck, as always, by how easily people are fooled (or fool themselves) into believing nonsense. I mean, how many people (conservatives mostly) said, in plain english, that Barack Obama was saying absolutely, positively, nothing - for a whole year - but it took his pastor's words (which are saying something we all can understand) to make it clear to people? Why didn't they notice it, before, themselves?

"We won't get fooled again"? Please. You talk yourselves into it every time,....
