Now Even The Political Discourse Has Become My Own (Just As This Country Always Has Been)
Some of y'all may not want to accept it but, by framing my argument through the lens of NewAge, I'm waaay ahead of the curve on everything that's been happening - including whether or not civil language is what's called for when addressing the fabrications of the enemy.
This outburst by Joe Wilson, and the hero status that's being bestowed on him for it, are all the validation I need that real Americans understand where I'm coming from whether they've ever heard of this blog or not. This is no time for kid gloves after these fools got the White House, and control of our country, as a reward for eight years of screaming, "I don't care!" to every reasonable position presented to them. I've said it before and I'll say it again:
When a person says "I don't care!" they have made the fatal mistake of opening the floodgates to no one else caring about anything - including them - either.
And that way leads to war. But that's what the left selfishly did, and they got their way, while stupidly expecting the rest of us to lay down without a bullet being fired. Wrong.
Wrong and stupid. They're the anti-Americans, living with a defeatist attitude. We're the patriotic Americans, born to fight wrong ("...and the home of the brave") with our "can do" spirit. Are the Dems nuts? Yea, if they think they can defeat us when we're spoiling for a fight. They 've already taken advantage of our good natures once. Now, clearly, our patience has worn thin.
So "it's on" - actually it's been on - and the left's days are numbered. We've got the guns, we've got the numbers, we've got right on our side - and we want our country back. Except for some skirmishes, like this one, the war's already over; it's conclusion decided when the American people finally decided to engage again. And, unlike the people who repeatedly said "We don't care!", no matter what happens - and I honestly mean no matter what it is - I'm not worried about the evil that's infected the opposition to become a part of us. We're the American people - we're history's good guys:
You lie.
To suggest that those on the left "don't care" is openly slanderous unadulterated bullshit and definitely a call to arms. We pointed out the lying and the cheating and the abuses of the Constitution because we care.
ReplyDeleteBut you keep on puffing out your chest and thinking you've got it all happening. You're one of those snivelling misfits who shout boo from the corner while the real contributors get on with trying to help.
Crack's point is spot on that the Guardian's of our freedoms have disappeared from public discourse and leadership. This has shown us again the power of money to corrupt men. The Republicans elected in 1992 chased money and "did not care" enough to fulfill their promises. The RINO approach actually approves of smart compromisers for a bribe or two. Lo and behold, we are having to turn to men like Crack and women like Palin for a traditional view of good and evil that has not compromised with the latest delusions of the day.
ReplyDeleteIt's not robbing Peter to pay Paul, you worthless cockhead. It's taking Peter's money to install a structure for Peter, rather than having him have to finance it all himself - along with corporations, Dick Cheney's old company, Bush's family connections, and all the other fucking hanger-ons.
ReplyDeleteWe had your guys in 'lancing our blight' which apparently consists in driving up unprecedented debt on unwon wars and uncaptured enemy, sponsoring your supporters into cushy positions for which they're unsuited (like thwarting enemy attack and coordinating disaster relief. Ringing any bells, merc?) The whole while cutting and cutting further into any kind of spending to help community (i.e. the people whom it's supposed to help).
I know where the boil is, right on your fat gun-totin' flag-wavin' whooping and a-hollerin' iggerant ass.
Or are you suggesting in your mangled excuse for logic that the blue collar man doesn't pay his fair share of taxes. Don't earn from the sweat of my brow?!
Your intelligence and insight is rivalled only by your empathy, and the whole lot would fit in a thimble with room for a bug to breathe the fetid air.
Left,
ReplyDeleteYou seem to be missing a few things:
Nobody asked Obama to "take" our money - it's not even part of his job description - and we don't want it.
"Financing it all himself" is how we do things in this country - it's called "personal responsibility" - because, despite what you think, it's not my job to pay for you.
Those wars were presented to the Congress and the Senate - who both gave their approval - so what are you bitching about?
"Cushy positions for which they're unsuited" sounds a lot like what Obama is in now.
"Help" isn't mentioned anywhere in the Constitution.
Your distaste for "fat gun-totin' flag-wavin' whooping and a-hollerin' iggerant" American values - when you choose to live here, like yours came first, and not the other way around - is repellent.
American "empathy" is legendary, but extends as far as we see fit - and is not to be determined by those, like you, who piss all over our values - so you can take your highly cultivated* sense of superior moralistic self-regard and shove it.
*That's called sarcasm.
