This is where I come from, and - just by coincidence - I was up all night listening to J Dilla tracks, as I prepare to create my up-coming album, "Have A Nice Day, Officer." (I'll be writing more about that soon,...) Anyway, while I'm not sure what Flying Lotus was getting at here (though, I'm positive, he considers it "spiritual" or something) I just wanted to say I think it's beautiful - in the blood-soaked manner we Los Angeles types are unflinchingly forced to acknowledge - and thought you might, too:
