Once you know how "the other half lives," with their striving for position, multiple tragic affairs, weird "spiritual" beliefs, not to mention looking down on everyone else, then you also know why Free Speech is restricted to what they want to hear. They call it "good manners" when it's really good cover from TMR.
Like, is it in "bad taste" to mention that we should all be rejoicing, knowing King Charles has cancer AND a homeopath by his side? Or are we supposed to stay quiet, when anyone can see this lifelong defender of "alternative" medicine is hypocritically relying on conventional medicine for this diagnosis, and will finally be forced to lean on it - and not his beloved quackery - to survive? I don't think 'What happens when no one believes anything anymore?' is a question King Charles has ever asked himself, though that's been just one result of his lifetime of bullshitting. On me, anyway. Isn't this the right time to drive that point home - to the world?
And one of the first things that turned me off about Zionists on Oct 7 was how they called Palestinians "animals." But now, Thomas Friedman has taken that to a whole new level. And good on him. It's about time he, Donald Trump, and Adolf Hitler all had something in common. Or is that wrong to say as well? It's so important not to screw up.
