I wonder why the Obama campaign keeps bringing up the Keating scandal when McCain was exonerated: they must think the American people are stupid. The younger voters may not remember it - of course, Obama's playing them for fools - but the older voters certainly do. McCain didn't do anything wrong. It was that mere appearance of impropriety that launched McCain's anti-corruption efforts. He's never hid it. How cynical does Obama's campaign have to be to twist that into being the equal of helping scum like Bill Ayers? That's not only truly sick but it's a lie - and it shows how low Obama and his supporters will go. Guilt by association? Puh-leaze. John McCain has been in politics for 30 years:
Barack Obama is, still, just getting started and Bill Ayers has been there all the way.
