Portland Or. Voted Most Racist City In The United States

I've given you links to the past anti-black laws Oregon passed, to keep blacks fleeing slavery out, so this result shouldn't come as a surprise:

I just wrote about a little racial episode that happened not far from there, too, in a new North Bend, Oregon cafe'. Amazing.

It's all a little too depressing for me to want to say more (the past doesn't affect us today, right? Riiight.) Instead, I'll let the last line of the article speak for me - and my post - on this:

"It’s an unspoken truth that Portland is predominantly white, and they want to keep it that way."

They don't have to speak - the point's been pretty clear for a while,...
