  1. The Dollar is almost "free" at this point, actually - your boy GWB presided over a 50% drop in its value as vs the euro

    BTW, this exchange rate drift is why crude oil is 5x pricier for Americans than it was in 2001, but only 4x pricier for the Japanese and 3x pricier for Europeans.
