America Wrote Anti-Discrimination Laws (But Left A Culture For Blacks To Clean)

If you're a white American and want to call me a nigger, America will say that's wrong. But - if you're a white American who, for centuries, wants to use the obvious financial advantage slavery bequeaths to whites over blacks in this country - that's just fine. This, to whites, is the basis for calling us a "great nation" and (I guess) seeing themselves as a "great people" for doing that to us. 

This, to blacks, is the basis for all of our problems.
