The First Three Images To Greet Me On "X" Say Everything About Elon Musk

A First Listen To The Crack Emcee's Next Album "Black People Food"

"Microwaved Potatoes" is a twofer - my latest statement on life in Trump's "Golden Age" AND a (hopefully humorous) answer to every grocery store check-out person asking how I'm doing in it. It's also a Little White Radio track, so another number where I'm "playing all of our records all at once,” mixing Rock and Bluegrass with Synth Pop, Rap, and EDM (Electronic Dance Music) all over a pseudo-Philly Sound - while sampling everything in sight. It's a lot of heavy-lifting. (Headphones are highly recommended). If you like it, consider a donation to PayPal, because the wolves are out there and those samples are NOT gonna clear themselves. Here are the lyrics:

Burning biscuits is so delicious, with
sour milk in the early morn
Pork that’s turned is as good as something burnt
Food poisoning almost as good as porn
Horse radish done destroyed my salad
I found a roach somewhere on my ear of corn
An expiration date don’t mean that something’s late
It indicates don’t take it back to the store

I live on microwaved potatoes

A can of tomatoes sit on the table
Ain’t found a recipe to use them for
I got a burnt-up pan: set fire to water, again
Smoke’s everywhere, better open the door
Produce rotten, vegetables been forgotten
I got shit in the fridge that’s growing spores
Lotsa fast food boxes - yeah, I said ‘lotsa’
The ants, alone, are too much to ignore

I live on microwaved potatoes

Let's Get Small

"Every empire that must constantly declare its greatness has already begun to doubt it."

"Prophecy, destiny and divine purpose: President Trump is God's chosen instrument for this moment in time."

Nobody Knows The Trouble I've Seen (About How Little The World Still Knows)

"You get your news from Chris Cuomo on CNN when he's married to a woman selling quackery out the back door."

- The Crack Emcee, NewAge Poop

"My wife is a wellness person, you know. She runs this business where she's learning about homeopathic and all these different things, so she's given me a ton of stuff. I don't even ask what it is."

- Chris Cuomo, Democrat party royalty, supposed-journalist, and science critic

Take a moment to understand what Chris Cuomo can say, on American television, while talking to a Doctor and another journalist - and recieve no pushback. He's admitting he and his wife have a deep proclivity, not just for quackery, but for the Daddy of them all. Two people who are, both, living in a world of madness (being parodied above) while CNN helped them drag society further into it with them.

I love the vague formulation, "She runs this business where she's learning about homeopathic," which is accepted - again: with no pushback - as though it's perfectly normal for a journalist's wife to be educating herself after she starts charging people for what she's selling (Chris Cuomo's wife is a grifter).

And what is she selling? "Homeopathic and all these different things". When a journalist should know homeopathy is water. "I don't even ask what it is" he says, instead, revealing his worth as a journalist. (His niece, Andrew Cuomo's daughter, also runs a NewAge podcast).

Dr. Oz's wife, Lisa, is also a "reiki master" and homeopath, so one can only assume he's a physician who also doesn't question what the missus is up to.

RFK, Jr. was supposedly "vetted" by Congress, without a single question tying him to other quacks, or quackery.

Which brings us, once again, to the question: if "The Age Of Unreason" was declared by Frank Furedi in the same year Richard Dawkins exposed who "The Enemies of Reason" were (by that time, and specifically mentioning people into homeopathy) then, by now - 20 years after we haven't done a single thing to address a single issue raised back in 2005 - is it fair to say reason's enemies have won, and the west has legitimately gone insane? I mean, how could we ever stop something so few see (or ever saw) as a threat?

Take all the time you need,...

R.I.P. Ace "Spaceman" Freeley (And Thanks)

Right down to the wholesome message, buried within the grotesque, I will always remember KISS as top-notch entertainment for teenage boys.

America's Still Trapped In Suspended Animation (As The GOP Runs America)

This is obviously a strange time to be alive. It's even stranger if you started a blog in 2005, called The Macho Response, that predicted the cultural shift we're now experiencing, including - and probably especially - the defeat of the Democratic party. In hindsight, it wasn't that hard to see coming, because TMR was analyzing the deeper reasons America's been failing, not just moaning how bad it is to be where we are. And those underlying forces - like a love for NewAge cultism - still aren't being anywhere near fully addressed. If they were, we wouldn't have the husband to a "reiki master" and homeopath in charge of Medicare

Oh well. At least cartoons, today, better reflect our cartoon lives.

While the "6-7" meme is cute (and definitely not some "Satanic Numerology bullshit") it's also illustrative, in the wake of "Rapture" claims and the shooting of Christian grifter Charlie Kirk, because it reflects how easy it still is - even in 2025 - for seemingly-educated and intelligent people to get swept away by low-calorie ideas. South Park's contrast (of kids enamored by "6-7," with something equally powerful but invalid that adults are into, like Peter Thiel and the Christian concept of an Anti-Christ) nails how dangerous this cavalier treatment of beliefs is: as school authorities are coming down on innocent kids over nothing, for religious reasons, the powerful also decide they also see threats to us all.

The difference is, the kids know the idea they're playing with is nothing, while, by the time they become adults, they're treating all of it like it's very real. And - except for kids having fun for a while - no good is coming from any of it. As everyone takes action.

Today, contradictions, of all kinds, are starting to pile on top of one another. When Democrats were in power America saw encroaching fascism. Now, the GOP was complaining that people are shooting at them, before the Young Republicans were caught admitting they're Nazis who love them some Hitler. And this led to JD Vance - who, at the start of the administration, made it known he'd punish anyone being so antisemitic as to criticize Israel's genocide - now claiming these ultimate of antisemites on the right are just kids (in their 20s and 30s) having fun

You know, like 8-year olds, on South Park.

Morality, Squared

"I can't stomach Trump. I think that he's noxious and is leading the white working class to a very dark place."

Pete Hegseth grew up in the Midwest, the most American part of America. He was the All-American Boy. The Varsity athlete who married his High School Sweetheart. His Best Girl. Who would then go on to be his second Best Girl. And then his third Best Girl. A family man through and through, he went through several families,...

American Media Shows 'The Information Age' Only Knows What The Stupid Think

Arthur Jensen, to Howard Beale, Network (1976):

"There is no America. There is no democracy. There is only IBM and ITT and AT&T and DuPont, Dow, Union Carbide, and Exxon. Those are the nations of the world today."

The Crack Emcee, Just Payin' The Rent: Amoeba Music Compilation, Vol. II (2000):

"I don't wanna be no slave to no Dotcom!"

“I call them Dotzies. They’re blowing the smoke of the new economy up your ass."

Tristan Harris on The Daily Show (2025):

"How did we get social media so wrong, because we were so optimistic?"

Donald Trump Was A Buffoon Long Before He Was A President (And He Still Is)

Here is the U.S. President, being flanked by two quacks,...
And they're telling easily-debunked, bald-faced lies.
One of the quacks has proudly posed with the disgraced father of anti-vaccine hysteria
The other quack was once dragged before Congress for selling "magic beans"
He's now said to be *conveniently* selling Tylenol's replacement
All without having to answer an obvious question, that Donald Trump should've immediately thought of, before embarrassing himself: If we've used Tylenol since the 1950s, how did it take three decades for autism to explode,...
...in children?

That's Rich

It's wild to remember Elon Musk was popping a Nazi salute - while complaining about a NewAge "mind virus" - when Naziism sprang from the NewAge beliefs of the Thule Society, and the teachings of Madame Blavatsky.

Artificial Intelligence Christopher Hitchens Is 'Keeping It Real' About Charlie Kirk

"The immediate rush to sainthood; this grotesque canonization currently underway across right-wing media, is an insult to both history and intelligence. Trump's posthumous Medal of Freedom. The flags at half staff. The sudden amnesia about Kirk's actual legacy. It's all part of a passion play, where the protagonist's sins are forgotten the moment he becomes useful as a symbol rather than a person.

Kirk was not some innocent victim of random violence. He was an architect of the very toxicity that ultimately consumed him. For years, he built his brand on catastrophising every cultural disagreement into civilizational conflict: Professors weren't just liberal, they were Marxist indoctrinators. Diversity programs weren't just misguided, they were anti-white racism. Every campus protest was the beginning of a communist revolution. He didn't engage in debate. He declared war and now his allies want to pretend he was a peacetime casualty.

The hagiographies now being written conveniently omit Kirk's greatest hits. His 'Professor Watch List' that targeted academics for harassment. His deliberate misrepresentation of campus events to fuel outrage. His transformation of confused 18-year-olds into culture warriors convinced they were under existential threat. He weaponized victimhood while claiming to oppose victim culture. Creating safe spaces for conservatives while mocking the very concept. Demanding free speech for himself while attempting to silence others.

What's particularly galling is watching the same figures who enabled and amplified Kirk's divisiveness, now positioning themselves as voices of reason, calling for unity. These are the people who cheered when he turned 'owning the libs' into a business model."

Charlie Kirk Spent His Whole Life Talking Out The Side Of His Neck

There have been few public figures more despicable than the late Christian evangelical, Charlie Kirk, who booked time on campuses to use deceitful debating techniques just to sell lies - he knew were not true - to high school and college kids. That people are motivated to celebrate him in death is as disgusting as how he died. The Trump era sucks. There's just nothing great about it.

Same-Same (It Just Feels Different)

[Trump's] failed on almost every count. We used to call Joe Biden "Genocide Joe" when he was in the White House. We could easily call Donald Trump "Genocide Don."

- Prof. John Mearsheimer, today, on how the new administration disappointed him
"Trump's in-charge, but he lied, too / so we've traded one form of fascism for "Fascism Part II

- The Crack Emcee, two weeks ago, on how the new administration disappointments

The Usefulness Of A College Education

"We have too much information. This is the problem. We're deranging ourselves and we're completely undoing all the superstructure of the world."

 - Harvard mathematician, Dr. Eric Weinstein, saying the use of smartphones is overwhelming us (2025)

"Too much information, running through my brain/Too much information, driving me insane."

America's First Lady Is The Last Woman You'd Ever Suspect Meeting A President

The news, that Donald Trump met his third wife through Jeffrey Epstein, has led some to wonder: who introduced her to Epstein, and how?
They shouldn't ask questions they don't want answers to,....

From Hating Hillary For Being A Witch To Hating The Donald For Being A Bitch

"Do you think there was a kind of desire, to believe in a conspiracy of the liberal elite, all misbehaving in gross ways that ordinary folks could never think about?"
"Certainly, rationality is beleaguered these days. This is one of the last major newspapers in the country not to publish a horoscope,...non-science, nonsense, the elevation of emotion over fact, is on the rise, whether it's the extraordinary faith in homeopathy or the voodoo economics of the neoliberal right or the healing power of crystals. To read here of Tony and Cherie Blair's rebirthing experience in a Mexican mud bath in 2001 is to be torn between contempt and hilarity.
That our leaders for the past 25 years or so have been as cretinous as anyone else who believes there are fairies at the bottom of their garden is not exactly consoling. The powerful are protected from the consequences of their credulity; we are not."

It's Looking Like Things Were Better (Than You Were Told)

First, Donald Trump promised to "lock her up."
Then, Trump said he'd expose Bill Clinton, the three-time rapist.
AND Trump was gonna tell us all about Jeffrey Epstein's sex racket.
But - instead - all we got is the Devil, tickling us in our sleep.
BTW: Here's a photo from 1940 of Palestine, before the zionists arrived, and - lo and behold - it's a lie, too.

The Outstanding Success Of A Massive Failure

"[Gaza] is - as a percentage of the population - the largest slaughter of human beings on the planet in this century, and the goals have not been met. They have not been achieved. And there were people who were saying this from the very beginning. They were protesting against this slaughter from the very beginning. They were mocked. They were reviled. Many of them were kicked out of school. They were suspended. They were expelled. They were called anti-semites. All of these things. And you know what? They were right.
They weren't just morally right in seeing that this would lead to a cataclysmic loss of life, massive war crime, something that that even more and more scholars, most scholars at this point, are calling a genocide. But they could see that this would not achieve its goals because it wasn't possible. Because slaughter and starvation doesn't actually defeat a guerilla insurgency. Because the only way to defeat an insurgency, which Hamas is, is to deal with the root of the political grievance.
And Palestinians in particular, and I've written about this, were saying this from the very beginning. They weren't only saying that their people in Gaza would be slaughtered and starved on an astonishing scale. They were saying that Israel's goals were unachievable. And these people also were marginalized, were mocked, were reviled.
And all of these people who have much much more prestige in the mainstream media, in mainstream establishment Jewish circles, who don't have any problem speaking and being considered serious people, now, after 21 months, after all of this, after most of the hospitals and the schools and the buildings and the bakeries and the agriculture have been destroyed, after Gaza has more child amputees than any other place on Earth, now they tell us, "Oh, oops. It turns out it's not possible. It turns out we can't do it."

Make Sure They Prey In Schools

“We made a very, very, very terrible mistake with our children and we went with radical honesty. But don’t do it, I’m not advocating for it, I’m not advocating for it. We made a deal from really young with our kids. The deal was, if you tell the truth,, you won’t get in trouble. 'The only way you can get in trouble in this house is if we find out you did something and you don’t tell the truth.' It’s a mistake, it’s terrible. Because they do whatever they want and then just come tell you. It’s awful don’t try it. You want your kids to lie definitely, you don’t want to know some of the stuff your kids are thinking of doing.
