This is lame Maryland Democratic Rep. Donna Edwards, lamely trying to be cool by quoting the lame "Effect and Cause" by the (sometimes great) White Stripes on the House floor. It's totally lame. If I was a politician, I would've immediately jumped up to the mic and started quoting "Train Kept A Rollin'" right back at her:



Yeah, she would've thought "I was a real cool jerk,..." LOL!
