He'd never consider leading the Democrats (and they'd never consider asking him) but his example can at least show how it's done: giggle uncontrollably in high-pitched outbursts, People.

Then-First Lady Hillary Clinton harassed the women Bill raped, consulted "psychics" (including recent Democratic Party Presidential Candidate Marianne Williamson) and destroyed healthcare as we know it. 

Despite going to the White House anyway, President Barack Obama immediately lost all credibility by campaigning with Oprah Winfrey (America's #1 promoter of frauds, quacks, and con men) before making Hillary Clinton his Secretary of State (where she was so good, she brought slavery back to Libya) and, finally, by using the President's bully pulpit as a stand-up comic's mic - to roast his successor - President Donald J. Trump. Obama now has NO political legacy beyond being the nation's First Black President.

These two, together, are just the Democratic Party's latest embarrassment - on a national or international scale - to come.
