  France outlaws practices which expose patients to a serious health risk: "An important step [in] the right direction [that] could put an end to much of so-called alternative medicine that endangers the health of French consumers." Not that French consumers care, which is why alternative medicines need to be outlawed, much like racism in America: They just can't stop on their own, because that's what reason would dictate. No way. They must be stopped. Because reason is not enough. Life, itself, is not enough. Because they're so smaaart.
