Yes, North Korea had a car company called Pyeonghwa (Or "peace" in Korean) financed by the Rev. Sun Myung Moon, and - even though it's the only company allowed to make cars - it's closing. Also, according to the article, the new owner (Moon is dead) has filed to start another business because "apparently you can't have more than one of those" in North Korea.
Oh well, look on the bright side:
