MSNBC host Joe Scarborough keeps trying to make Donald Trump a cult leader, when he should know cult leaders are NOT elected, do NOT stand for elections, and their followers do NOT wait for elections to appoint them to the top spot. If anyone is acting cult-like, it's Joe Scarborough for A) NOT being able to take "NO" for an answer, and B) forgetting it was San Francisco Democrats - NOT the Republicans - who appointed a cult leader, Jim Jones, to office. So - if cult leaders in politics are his interest - he'd do better to look at that party a LOT closer (with it's many Oprah's, Gwyneth Paltrow's, and Marianne Williamson's) but forget the GOP.

You're On Your Own, Kid
Articles on "How to Chart a Path out of QAnon and Other Cult-like Communities" are pretty easy for me to find. I don't need them - since I've never joined a cult or cult-like community - so, they're also pretty useless. But, I can find all you need.
Articles I need are NOT so easy to find. Articles on how the enlightened (who are more-than-aware of cults) endure a society that's creating cultists - that's cranking out "QAnon and Other Cult-like Communities" in the first place - all while suffering the sexual abuse, and other ethical wreckage, that goes with living in a society, totally-hooked, on cultism. Articles on how to cope with the phenomena of society-wide gaslighting - hearing constant denials, that so many "cult-like communities" have formed, when you're aware cults and cultists are going about their dirty work - do those all-important articles exist? If so, where can I find them, to learn how to go on? Survivalist sites?

Articles, addressing THOSE Steve Jobs-worshipping elephants, sitting in the middle of the modern world's computerized room - as far as I know - can't be found, ANYWHERE. Not even in science; certainly not in the English-speaking part of the west - not anywhere, I know of, on the internet. And I'm desperate. I just haven't seen them in life. And MY life is someplace, I thought, such things as cults never stood a chance.
It's just MY mothafuckin' bad, I guess, that I didn't check with them, first.

"I Was Interested In Finding Out About Myself"
It's embarrassing the BBC is doing this story, in this depth, while most American outlets - broadcast and cable - allow Scientology's open intimidation to continue without a mention - as they also promote it's celebrities. The media now has the words of ex-members - people who ran the cult - and, still, the American media say nothing of substance.
There's barely a clamor in the blogosphere, either, even though a suggestion to investigate Scientology's tax-exempt status was one of the most suggested ideas Barack Obama received, when he asked for them online. He didn't take the idea seriously, acting as though the subject was beneath him. As a matter of fact, to say cultism's a subject worthy of dissection at all, seems to be an indicator of kookiness to some, if not most, when received online.
It's definitely not as popular as homeopathic "medicines".
Any real dissection of cultism must necessarily go into areas most wouldn't consider, or find comfortable. What influence is having so many cultists in entertainment, and business, having on our culture? What are the messages within the roles cult actors choose or the songs cult artists sing - and why? Are there messages at all? How much of the brainwashing they've received has America received by extension? How much, of what certain segments of 21st century America value, can be found in cult doctrines? And not just from Scientology but also from est, The Landmark Forum, and every other "human potential" group and/or wannabe religion or cult leader, all acting on our citizens simultaneously?
How "free" have we actually been?
Why does the richest and most famous woman in the world, Oprah Winfrey, support Scientologists, when she has to know what type of organization they represent? Why can she do it for them - and many other cult-related entities - without serious criticism from the society at large? How and where are cults and cult organizations helping each other and why?
If their ideas are wrong, and following their advice is futile - like Oprah promoting The Secret - how much are they costing the country? What high-priced assumptions have we, as a country, internalized? The divorces, separating of families, lawsuits, everything - how much?
But, still, journalists appear to think, except in bit pieces thrown to and fro, there's no story here. Our guess is that's because, like Christine O'Donnell, they've all got a bit of the crazy belief business in their pasts, but - unlike O'Donnell - they've been conned to think it would be a mark against themselves (as hypocrites or "being judgmental") to investigate it now.
Well, that's cult thinking right there, because what a journalist is supposed to do is what needs to be done, to tell the story that needs to be told, to get the truth out because - whether you're the victim or it's someone else - there's nothing worse than living a lie (Screw Star Wars - that's The Matrix - Who's Watching The Watchmen?):
Was John Sweeny being followed? Of course he was.
Did this "church" - that's mysteriously exempt from paying taxes to America - set out to drive BBC reporter, John Sweeny, crazy? Yes it did.
Was the church willing to lie about it? Yes they were.
Then, damn it, what exactly do we have here?
We think we've got a cult - and there's many of them - and many major news stories to go with them, regarding who's in and who's out, and what they're up to. We think it almost goes without saying, that liberalism wouldn't be liberalism without them.
"Good Job" to John Sweeny, and the BBC, from TMR.

The World Is Mine (Or It's Looking To Be Soon)
The top search terms for this blog are, of course, "Crack Emcee" and "The Macho Response", but one that caught my eye - and made me smile through my guilt at not blogging as much as I want - was this from Rancho Palos Verdes, California:
"crack emcee killed new age"
I wish - really - but, still, that's a cool statement on the effect TMR's having out there. (It's not some massive influence on the culture but, as the e-mails I get testify, on individuals, it can be significant.) There's also an outstanding East Coast blog going full-bore against the NXIVM cult - Saratoga In Decline - that's work is so close to what TMR's been doing that someone snarkily used a blurb from TMR (since removed) as praise for Saratoga In Decline. Needless to say, I'm honored - and applaud Saratoga In Decline for their efforts: Keep up the good work - The Crack Emcee's got your back.
And finally, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention whoever's on Craig's List repeatedly declaring TMR as "the most important blog in America". Thank you.
So why aren't I here 24-7, like in the old days? Well, because I've got enough in donations (!) to finally go back in the studio and prepare my first recording in a long, long time. (I'll be mastering some tracks this Sunday, and then getting to work on a decent internet presence for them after that, so, for a little while longer, there might be a bit of a lag for my posts. Sorry.) This first release won't be my much-promised conservative manifesto, but some left-over tracks from previous efforts - kind of a b-sides collection - but, still, a decent start to the next phase of my long-floundering music career.
And what better time could there be for it? Almost all of the topics TMR champions are becoming apparent to the general public now - including the left-wing Nazi thing - why, even my favorite president, George W. Bush, is receiving his much-deserved reassessment, so I must be doing something right. Or seeing something right.
Or something.
Right? I know most liberals hate me - because they never let me forget it - and that's a good thing.
Now if only the spotlight - and the public - would finally turn on Oprah,...or, at least, turn her off.Either would suit me just fine.

Rush Limbaugh Is Channeling TMR!!!
TMR doesn't know if anyone else is listening to The EIB Network (right!) but the man behind The Golden Microphone is singing our song: it's cult, cult, cult all the way now!!! There's talk of Jim Jones, drinking Kool-Aid, and every other aspect of political cultism this site has been dedicated to exposing - and all of it tied to Barack Obama. Rush has been dancing around this for a while, so his listeners aren't exactly up to speed (one caller had to ask where the phrase "Kool-Aid drinker" came from) but The Great One is closing in on this phenomena, and how it's infected our political class, so (hopefully) it's just a matter of time before someone makes him aware of TMR so we can outline this for Rush and his listeners. Of course, fans of TMR can help:
Call The Rush Limbaugh Show (1-800-282-2882) and ask "the last man standing" to get in touch.
TMR would be honored to speak with him.
