There are few things more satisfying than watching the "Shame Nun" (former press secretary for Bill Clinton-turned-ABC News "journalist") George Stephanopoulos, failing to force Sen. Rand Paul to confess to something Paul knows to be untrue. 

Except when you remember, deep down, that's what The Democrat Party's really always been about. 

You can see it in how smug liberals are, rather than shamed, that decades of deceit, after wallowing in pseudoscience, has somehow only enhanced the influence of Oprah Winfrey and Whole Foods with Barack Obama's supposedly-intellectual voters. 

And worse - The Democrat Party. They're actually "happy" because lies have paved the way for new, more preposterous lies, like calling themselves "The Party Of Science" the same year the antivaxxer-and-former-AIDS-misinformation-maven, Marianne Williamson, was celebrated as "a breath of fresh air" for the left. 

Or The Party of Civil Rights, the same year Hillary Clinton's mega-donor, Ed Buck, was murdering blacks, but the media refused to report it. Again, to protect Hillary - who didn't say a word, BTW. Yeah, she cared we know.

Long ago, San Francisco Democrats claimed pot was medicine (like homeopaths say water is medicine) because the lie worked better than the simple, then-unmarketable, truth: they wanted to smoke pot without the fear of getting busted.

But it's the lies The Democrat Party built-up around Harvey Milk - to cover-up the fact that he, and they, were involved in Jim Jones' People's Temple cult, just like the party's still involved with multiple cults today - those lies,...well, they were, really, the grandaddies of them all.

Sen. Rand Paul's a doctor - a real doctor, not one of Oprah's quacks - but, I don't know if he treats political schizophrenia. Somebody should ask.

Just NOT George Stephanopoulos or Oprah.

Speaking of forgettable things I'd rather not face, AGAIN, Salon.com is back to the journalistically unimportant job of reminding me "Donald Trump's a total pig" - like that's something likely to slip my mind after 40 years of watching him. 

Bill Clinton being a pedophile AND a long-confirmed rapist of Juanita Broderick bothers them not - even in an election year - nor does Hillary, covering for that, all these decades (the party sincerely believes she should be rewarded, with the keys to the White House, for that service). 

Democrat donor, Ed Buck, being a drug-addicted murderer of black men, is also of little-to-no concern. A real vote-getter for the Black Lives Matter crowd.

Jeffrey Epstein, Harvey Weinstein, and Anthony Weiner, alone - what do their combined contributions to criminality compare to a man caught (in an act of betrayal by NBC) admitting women let rich guys "grab 'em by the pussy"?

And, are the Democrats even TRYING to be a better party, than Trump is a pig? Not on their life. 

They just want to stand before me - covered in shit - swearing HE'S smelling up the joint.
