No One Wants Harvey Milk's Story Told Right (For Fear It's Too Wrong To Be Told)

Newsweek, and many others, think "Crazy" Pete Hegseth is "Now Boarding the USS Idiocracy" for reconsidering naming a Navy ship after Harvey Milk. While I agree the Department of Defense should have better things to do with their time, I don't think they're completely off base with this one. If anything - like the subject of America and Israel - Harvey Milk inadvertently directs our attention to the parameters Americans are deceitfully putting around the truth, to keep history hidden under layers of propaganda. Check out Milk's bio in The Daily Mail:

Milk served four years during the Korean War before being discharged due to questions about his sexual orientation. He went on to become the first openly gay member of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors and was assassinated in 1978.

What's not to love? Clearly, if the U.S. Navy wants to honor Milk - purely for his military service - then fine, have at it. Only a bigot would say otherwise.

But, the issue is, there's more to Harvey Milk than his four years in Korea. Much more. And it's NOT good. And the main problem is, as Michael Bellefountaine wrote in 2013, "despite all the exhibits and memorials of Harvey Milk throughout San Francisco,...none of them acknowledges Milk’s relationship with Jim Jones and Peoples Temple." 

    

 As bad as that oversight is, it gets even worse. While beginning to write this post, I immediately identified a huge incident in Milk's life story that appears to have been wiped from the internet's narrative: the night Harvey Milk bombed his own camera store and blamed heterosexuals for it. Google's AI says "Based on the search results, it seems there might be a misunderstanding or a connection being made that is not supported by the provided information."

Yeah, because it's been expunged, like a Soviet secret under Stalin. I found one passing refrence to it in a City Journal article:

During his successful run for city supervisor, for instance, Milk’s camera store was the object of a glass-shattering attack by low-grade explosives. Milk blamed singer Anita Bryant, the outspoken opponent of gay-friendly legislation. “Years later friends hinted broadly that Harvey had more than a little foreknowledge that the explosions would happen,” biographer Randy Shilts noted. One friend explained to Shilts: “You gotta realize the campaign was sort of going slow, and, well . . .”

That speaks not only to the character of Harvey Milk but also that of his defenders. Actor Sean Penn said of Hegseth, “I’ve never before seen a Secretary of Defense so aggressively demote himself to the rank of Chief PETTY Officer.” Penn said this, shamelessly, without ever having acknowledged the "True Story" he made about Milk's life was, both, blatant propaganda and largely a fabrication. Like the City Journal quote, above, Penn portrayed Milk's 1975 campaign as "successful" - and it was - but only because Milk stole the election. Here's the New York Times in a Dec. 17, 1978 article, "Followers Say Jim Jones Directed Voting Frauds":

Determined to help elect politicians friendly toward his People's Temple, the Rev. Jim Jones ordered what former temple members say was an organized campaign of fraudulent voting practices that included importing busloads of illegal voters to cast their ballots in this city's 1975 municipal elections. 

Among those named by some of Mr. Jones's former followers as recipients of his political support were Mayor George Moscone and Supervisor Harvey Milk, both of whom were shot and killed in their City Hall offices three weeks ago, allegedly by an enraged former city official.

That was NOT in Sean Penn's movie. There's also allegations of  child sexual abuse, rape allegations, and more. Like the cult's  mass murder in Guyana. Which brings me to one of the reasons I'm writing this post: Many Americans are living a lie, based on a manufactured culture, that few want exposed. A manufactured culture that's turned Harvey Milk - at best, a People's Temple associate - into someone admirable, to suit an agenda. An agenda that not only disrespects history, but the dead, who demand we wrestle with the truth.

And the truth is, Harvey Milk's participation in the Peoples Temple gave Jim Jones more credibility, political clout (Jones was rewarded with an office) and led, at least, 900 people to their deaths. How can we possibly hope to understand our time - when allegations of Democrat Party voter fraud in 2020 are still alive and well - if we aren't even allowed to know the Democrats not only did it, but got away with it, before? And, just like now, no one knew how it was done - until someone decided to confess. So we live a lie. And it's not the only one I can say this about.

Because even Joe Rogan doesn't wanna break through this bullshit.

Look at the date: 2008 was 8 years before the Washington Post saw the photo, above, and thought "it may come as a surprise to many" that a Democrat would be caught dead hugging George W. Bush. And why wouldn't they write that, when - even as I'm blogging in 2024 - the vast majority of their readers, if not the country and the world, are still angry at W., because the media do such a good job of convincing Americans to "believe" in narratives - like there were no WMD found in Iraq:

Of course there were: we sold them to Saddam (DUH). I know what I know: Narratives are the crimes of our times. Starting with the "spiritual" machinations of an uber-rapey, Epstein Island-dwelling Bill Clinton, we've not only been living in an age punctuated by Hillary Clinton's lies and conspiracy theories (presumably for the rest of our lives) while surrounded by the pushing and buying of worthless homeopathic medicines, "pointless" CBD crap, useless cold medicines, outlandish breathwork seminars (also popularized by Hillary Clinton), corporate Wellness programs, criminal psychics, delusional reiki healers, and Aaron Rodgers, but it's a time that no longer actively illuminates reality. 

We haven't been made wary of being lied to, political parties, spiritual movements, or being swept away by media, as we we were warned to do in the '70s, after Harvey Milk stole his election with the help of Jim Jones and his People's Temple cult. We're now a society serving those purposes, and made ripe for deception, by our own deceptions. By always moving so fast, the world is now convinced the truth, too, is a moving target. 

But how is anyone supposed to live in a pile of shit, once they can can see it's shit, as a world filled with multitudes of, almost unidentifiable, NewAge cultists - who are incapable of learning from mistakes - and almost always retaliate against exposure? (Watch any Netflix doc on cults and tell me I'm wrong.) It's damn near impossible.

   

TMR extols Atheism. Not pretending to see what's not there, but seeing what is, and betting you can't then forget it, or look away. For instance, instead of King Charles being in the hospital for his prostate treatment - after he's been such a big fan of homeopathy all these years, promoting it to his subjects and the world for decades - shouldn't he be compelled to rely on it now? Shouldn't it be expected? As an example to us all, of the King as a man of integrity? He has a Royal Homeopath. 

Come on. The monarchy is as dead as he'd be. And no one will force him to change his tune. But, you can bet, somebody already wants to kill me. And THAT'S the point: Bill Ackman is not alone. 

   

Words are violence. Everything happens for a reason. Karma. These are reasons we can lose employment today. There's simply no way to live, unless you're rich enough to be ignored or endure it. Not when nonsense has erected such a formidable, world-wide support system, that people groan when they hear the truth. Friendships are destroyed. Immoral persecutions. People have died.

Yesterday, the World Health Organization promoted homeopathy, so, before I do this, I must say - as long as we're in this perverse absurdity called the NewAge - don't believe for a second that, I think, saying something will have any positive effect on anything. 

As far as I'm concerned, I'm just running my lips:

900 Black people died in the jungles of Guyana, in part, because a San Francisco politician by the name of Harvey Milk gave credibility to their cult leader, Jim Jones.

Milk had regularly attended Jones' cult, the Peoples Temple, when it was located in The City. So, in return, Jones helped Milk steal his iconic election as the world's first gay politician.

Democrat leaders, from Nancy Pelosi on down, supported Jones, and denied stealing anything (Jones is pictured, above, with Rosalynn Carter, former First Lady to then-president Jimmy Carter).

The party was more-than-happy to call anyone "crazy" who would suspect them of fraud.

It took over 3 years for the ruse to be discovered - which came only after 900 blacks were dead - and not through investigative journalism, but the contrite confessions of loved ones left behind.

                                    

The similarities to 2020 - when Democrats are also accused of crimes - are striking. They, too, call anyone "crazy" who challenges them. And, again, they've been doing it for years.

And the party is still waaay too close to a cult leader used to manipulating the media.

And, in case anyone thinks they're above such things, let's not forget the five-year Russia hoax that Hillary ran, successfully, on their own voters - within 24 hours of them crying over her loss. And - immoral or not - once again, she's got the whole party behind her.

   

 So, would the Democrat party steal an election? Well - if black people will only "fall in line" again - we might move to the next phase. And then we should be due a confession from someone.

 

What's It Mean To Be "Canceled" (In The Real World)?

I was going to do a post about how the 1990’s term “woke” is being used incorrectly in the NewAge, but thought it more informative to first mention what it means to be “canceled” by the movement. Many might be under the impression it just adds up to someone famous getting heckled. Or shouted down on Twitter (X). But, you don’t have to be famous. And, if you’re not, the consequences can go much, much farther, and cut much, much deeper, than anyone famous ever imagined. I've already mentioned one job I lost over astrology at a hospital, and another I had to walk away from (at a car dealership) over the 2012 Mayan calendar phenomena. How important is your job to you? Or, if they were just normal people - not rich and famous celebrities - I wonder how well Dave Chappelle would handle his wife leaving him for someone worse than Dr. Oz, and everybody being really, really excited about it? Walk with me:

We should've all had a good laugh at the idea Hillary Clinton thinks we miss her after she brought psychics in the White House. Or, as First Lady, established the fever-brained, post-60’s, modern day conception of a "vast" (non-existent) "conspiracy" in American politics, conveniently involving (wouldn’t you know it?) the American right-wing, and then Russia, just when she needs them. And - I have to mention it - she's married to a man who, three very good journalists confirmed, is a one-time but, may be a three-time, rapist. He also just happened to be the guy who established the fraud of “alternative” medicines (which got the whole anti-vaccine ball rolling….). I say all this, to submit to you, that - just like with the kinky Biden family or when Obama decided to campaign with Oprah and the media didn't say anything about Shirley MacLaine or fraud - in any “village” run by these strange people, and their supporters, there were, have been, are, and will be, the wrongly persecuted. That's what this combination came to in Nazi Germany, and that's what it means in the NewAge.

An aside: when the Clintons revealed themselves, Hillary and her husband were studying "The Theory of Everything" under the cult leader, Ken Wilber. He was with Marc Gafni, the former "spiritual advisor" to Whole Foods, who was later found to be a rapist of young girls. Ken Wilbur once explained that the reason why Marc Gafni raped was because he had a lot of "Shakthi". I assume Bill Clinton, too, must have a lot of "Shakti", as did their friends, Jeffrey Epstein and Harvey Weinstein. But I digress - I can do that when pondering the NewAge "scene" - back to what it means to be "canceled" by these people:

If you're in a Democrat party stronghold, it means you're doomed. In case you didn't notice, Hillary's supporters got pretty torn-up about not winning the 2016 election. More torn-up than America has ever seen Americans ever get, over anyone losing an election. Nervous breakdown. And these people now surround you, for years, demanding you agree Russia hoaxes are real (without evidence), homeopathy is medicine (without evidence), and all Republicans are evil monsters who must be destroyed (without evidence). That's the NewAge mindset, and no one's going to dig too deeply, to ask why. You're just supposed to play along - or else. It's a recipe for conflict. I've seen Doctors who think spreading Trump hatred is just good bedside manners.

Take this photo of Yours Truly with Justine Gilcrease, at Justine's Brasserie in Austin, Texas. This was years before Donald Trump ever even thought of becoming president. Having known Justine since she was 16, she invited me to Austin for a visit, and wanted to document my arrival with a picture. Unbeknownst to me, by the time this was snapped, she had already told, what seemed like her entire staff - filled mostly with angry women - something I had no reason to tell anyone, beyond a close friend: 

I had left the Democrat party.

That was pretty much the beginning to the end of my friendship with Justine. I won't go into the details, but that visit was punctuated by unknown women, coming up to me and screeching about their reproductive rights, a dinner party argument over the efficacy of homeopathy for use on newborns, and sticking me with some psychotic black woman (who supposedly had stolen from the restaurant) for no other reason than I was the only other black person around on an outing. Oh, and I've been downgraded in Justine's eyes from a "great artist" she's known for decades to, apparently, less than an on-call DJ she can hardly bear to speak to. 

My point being: this is how Hillary supporters were acting before Trump. 

And the left have been ramping themselves up to complete insanity for quite a while: I lost one friend (whose business mentions his "Third Eye" in its title) for merely saying the name "Clinton" before 7 AM. Another over his insistence that Google's A.I. is now God-like (I wasn't given the option to disagree). I had to stop playing music with a fellow recording artist because he refused to refrain from talking about astrology. And, over the years, I'd also lost my wife to a homeopath (something that isn't supposed to be scientifically possible) a job with Hyatt Hotels over words being violence, and - as you can see illustrated above - my right to free speech, on Facebook, over my keen propensity for spreading smut. 

How is anyone supposed to live, much less work, walking on eggshells like this? That's what being canceled becomes. Tell me anything, listed above, that I could've known, beforehand, would've gotten anyone in trouble. Words are violence? Which words? Where are they posted? I'd never heard of a homeopath before my French wife ran away with the one who was treating her mother when she died. (Most of our friends thought she'd run away with a Doctor until France admitted he was a quack in 2019. Imagine losing a debate, with an entire French village, over whether their local physician is real - and you're right the whole time - but they get to dismiss and belittle you, in part because you're an American, and in part because your wife has run away with the fraud. Think of the implications. Think of the humiliation for all around. "It takes a village" to be a fool, too). I always assumed I could be in any political party I wanted.

Most people, including most Americans, know their "star sign" better than the three branches of government, so there goes any chance for a meaningful political conversation in a café, or the expectation for a reasonable anything, almost anywhere. Jimmy Dore now thinks it's brave to interview AIDS maven, Marianne Williamson, AKA Oprah's former "spiritual advisor", and a woman who translated the Bible for the NewAge movement. I'm horrified, coming right after Dr. Oz - the quack Oprah turned into "America's Doctor" - tried to gain power by running for the U.S. Senate. And that, after Oprah campaigned with Obama, which should've given everyone pause: Why was Obama, of all people, running with someone who said "The Secret" was science, and why was the media not acting like it? How did Obama give the U.S. Medal of Freedom - America's highest civilian honor -  to someone who would say such a thing? Asking will get you identified as someone who needs to be canceled. And asking Kamala Harris how she found herself dating Montel Williams will not only get you canceled, but might even get you killed: He's in the NewAge movement and a Marine.

You can't mention it was three years before we discovered Harvey Milk stole his election, after Hillary and the Democrats have demanded the benefit of the doubt, regarding their party and stolen elections. That can get you canceled. Pointing out Harvey Milk - also a Marine - was an early Jussie Smollett, who got bombs and blew up his own camera shop before blaming heterosexuals for it to gain sympathy for his political campaign, can also get you canceled. Exposing the fact Harvey Milk manipulated Jimmy Carter to help kidnap a child for the cult leader, Jim Jones, will also get you canceled. By Sean Penn, at least. Because that changes who Harvey Milk was, and thus, how U.S. history is unfolding, all the way up to the "Barbie" movie. And it's all a lie.

  

Basically, once the NewAge started demanding we live their lies, we could expect to be canceled. And my experience says,. on the ground-level, they'll get you in every way possible.

   

Final aside: You rarely hear the Jefferson Starship’s 1985 hit “We Built This City” in San Francisco anymore. Which is fitting, because A) that song has always sucked anal biscuits, and B) they probably no longer want to take responsibility for everybody dropping acid to chase white rabbits and mice and shit.

On Cynicism & Gullibility In America, Part II

TMR has always been on top of the NewAge movement, and the fraud that's emerged from it. At this point, it feels like that is the true business of the world: deceiving one another. How is it only now  - 18 years after this blog began - that someone else admits we see cults "a lot nowadays: in the arts; politics, obviously; even in banks, for God’s sake. People rush to reinforce warped thought systems,..."? And, if they haven't been saying that, previously, what have they been saying, and why?

 

Holding up Dr. King's dream, to negate the fullness of the American dream that Dr. King wanted for black people’s lives, is a fraud. And, it’s a known fraud, as surely as homeopathic concoctions sit on pharmacy shelves. As surely as Hunter Biden was selling more than the mere “illusion of access”. As surely as Bill Clinton raped three women. Like the NewAge movement says, “It’s all connected.”. And it's obvious as Hell.

   

So a nation of suckers is rising, on the left and right, and expects blacks to get in-line. I know, it can be shocking to hear of anyone who doesn't buy into the bullshit everyone else has been celebrating, but TMR has always been about that. In 2000, I recorded a song about how I didn't want to go along with the tech industry, but today they're still trying to make me love Steve Jobs, after the music industry I loved has been warped in a way that, today, music consumes hardly a fraction of our lives, and has even less influence on our lives, than anyone ever imagined for America - formally the worlds leading purveyor of the world's culture.

At some point, conservatives must not merely stop, but roll back what’s been started, to preserve what we have. That first requires being willing to honestly look at what’s been done. The Democrats haven't proven they're willing to do it. Especially since Donald Trump has been on the scene. But, really, since Harvey Milk was killed. Look at that photo, above, and tell me Kamala is not either too cynical or too gullible to hold power. 

Their demand is we either live and die as liars and fools, as they do - willingly - to feel safe. But I don’t think that's gonna happen. Why? 

   

Americans don't trade freedom for safety: not everyone fell for Nazi fascism's okey-doke the first time, and blacks won't, for the NewAge flavor, either, whether the Kool-Aid''s ladled-out by the GOP, or Oprah Winfrey. This is NOT the People's Temple.

As I've told you all long before.

 

Jussie Smollett Is The Democrat Party's Unsuccessful Version Of Harvey Milk

Just as the kidnapping lowlife, Harvey Milk, blew up his own camera store to blame homophobia for his problems, Jussie Smollett got himself beat up to do the same - but events haven't gone as well. The public bought all the lies around Milk - even after death - while Smollett's were seen through, almost immediately. So there will be no new Democrat laws for us to live under, no public acceptance or codes of behavior demanded, and no new lies for the rest of us (and future generations) to swallow and live under, as a result.

And, because Democrats run the media, there will also be no serious investigation into how the party, over time, has spun it's lies to warp reality - all the way back from Harvey Milk, Jim Jones, and the hunt for Hillary Clinton's "rightwing conspiracy", to Jussie Smollett, Oprah Winfrey, and (also Hillary Clinton's) Russia Hoax, today. This lack of action, on the part of the media, is so the party's PBS-watching supporters will have learned nothing, and will continue pretending they (and we) have ever seen anything, eyes wide shut. 

How are they being different from the Soviet Union again?

Former President Bill Clinton - three long-time rape accusers still await justice.

Former SF Supervisor, the late Harvey Milk - a rapist and cult member - rendered a martyr over lies about homophobia. He did NOT deserve the honor.

Former VP Al Gore - got out of politics after sexually harassing a massage therapist - the Democrats made him a martyr (of sorts) as well. We deserve better.
