Things Left Unsaid

Ed Morrissey of Hot Air snickers over a Shocker: Captured Hamas Document Shows Sinwar Playing the West Like a Fiddle. I don't know which of Morrissey's assumptions is more insulting: that Hamas wouldn't have a strategy or that I wouldn't have a brain.
No one's going to talk about Montel, until Kamala's wrecking the White House, just like no one's going to talk about Andrew Wakefield until Elle McPhersen's cancer comes back to kill her

Wants Vs. Needs

Hot Air has this strange headline, that bothers me, "Grenell Vs Swalwell: The Twitter Slapfight You Didn’t Know You Needed". It bothers me because I don't need a "Twitter Slapfight" (that's probably the last thing I'll ever "need"): what I need is to see some integrity put back into the American system of justice, and Swalwell put in prison, for being a public servant who abused his position to deliberately lie to the American people.

Anyone happy with a "Twitter Slapfight" is on a whole other team.

Conservatives Racism Has Nothing To Do With Politics

Wow - it's been a while, but it looks like Hot Air and TMR can finally agree on something again:

It'll probably take a few more years for them to work past their previous deceptions and ask why they've engaged in them, since - along with their fear of the Right's racism being exposed - they're so determined to only "look to the future and not to the past,..."

When Rand Paul Is The Best You Got: Give It Up, Guys

Actual blacks, listening to an actual Rand Paul speech, and actually not being inspired

Evidence, the folks over at Hot Air - the #1 conservative news analysis site - must be considering morphing it into The Onion:
Folks, when you're willing to even consideras your side's "most,...capable of reaching out" - a guy who has the same credibility as KKK highway clean-up, you need to re-ask if (at this point) it ain't the movement, itself, that's got a problem,...

Joe Scarborough Might Get Answers With Some Blacks On His Show (Whenever He Decides To Lose His Mind)

That was MSNBC host Joe Scarborough, on his second day of ignorantly screeching about blackness, while not having a single black person on the panel of his show to answer him.

Like the "good" folks over at Althouse (and other fine white establishments) Hot Air also seems to approve this having-no-blacks-around-to-answer-white's-yelled-questions approach, saying "Joe Scarborough tears into the ‘hands up’ members of Congress," instead of the more accurate "Joe Scarborough ignorantly flails before the nation". (Better to have conservative whites, without the answers - but attempting to supply them - as a way to drive the hosts into suffering a full-blown panic.) Here's TMR's idea, free of charge:

MSNBC should hire a special "surprise" group of bone-through-the-nose black "cannibals," to push a pot of boiling water out for Joe, and they'll get the same reaction - plus better ratings - AND some black guys will have work. Make it a regular thing, whenever Joe loses it, and the black guys will even have a job.

But - before whites can try that - let me just say, I'm sure they can stop discriminating (and segregating) long enough to find at least one black person, somewhere, who agrees with conservatives enough (or at least their outrage enough) to also tolerate being physically around whites, white's ignorance of our own country, and the taint/aura of white supremacy - on television - all at the same time. Really. I know that's possible.

If not, all I can fully say, until then, is - wow, thanks:

While Joe's helpless yelping isn't very informative, it certainly makes for riveting black television,...

Blacks Don't Come From No Slavic Countries: It's Weird

White guys aren't always currently appearing as credible as they think

Hot Air's Noah Rothman, like a lot of white guys, is feeling frustrated - racially - and knows exactly where to lay the blame for it:

Minorities have learned from watching closely

Observing what Rothman seems to have conveniently forgotten - "history is written by the victors" and Republicans don't appear poised to attain that mantle soon - his weak tea-railing against "liberal pundits" makes sense (and don't forget "the country’s first African-American president and those loyal to him") though it doesn't go down well.

Rand Paul has a death grip - on the Right - but his mind tricks leave a lot to be desired

For instance, Democrats haven't been the party repeatedly declaring, in public, they have a racial problem that needs fixing, and then, just as often - and just as openly - declining every serious opportunity to do so. Does Rothman think people don't notice?

Michelle Malkin's work appears to be modeled on exploiting this woman

So, how is it Dems who are "acting in ways which harm race relations," once it's acknowledged there's obviously been opposition on the Right - or an unwillingness - and the Right makes up a good deal of Hot Air's readership?

A picture of blacks "starting trouble" in the modern era

And doesn't the fact that we only have a "first" African-American president in 2014 mean "those loyal to" him were already fighting that same racial problem that existed amongst conservatives before Obama came into office - 238 years after America declared "All Men Are Created Equal"? If so, if it already existed, how can it now be said they've "sought" it?

Michael Jackson looked white, lived on a ranch, and screamed when trapped, too.

Of course, Rothman knows all this, beginning his next paragraph with the words "that is not to say that Republicans do not have empirical problems appealing to minorities, and some of those problems are of their own making." Oh, they be "empirical" alright - and make a farce of Rothman's further claim that blacks are "reflexively opposed" to them - because no Republican "problems of their own making" can be laid at the feet of anyone else.

Mix a little McCain into Marco Rubio, add a dash of Ted Cruz OR Rand Paul - what do you get?

No, contextually, the truly "reprehensible feature" of our politics in The Information Age is how long it's taking America's former exclusive power brokers to mature - racially - because "the country’s first African-American president and those loyal to him" are still being forced to watch (and endure the results of) conservative's every further projection, distortion, and apocalyptic vision of (and from) losing influence. They're taking it out on us. This is one of white culture's "cultural problems":

Whites denied this was happening for a hundred years. so they DO deny things

Their utter (and long-standing) obliviousness to the often-violent predicament they've made - Rothman quotes The Republican National Committee's 2013 racial “autopsy” report - see if you can spot what's wrong:
"If Hispanic Americans perceive that a GOP nominee or candidate does not want them in the United States (i.e., self-deportation), they will not pay attention to our next sentence. It does not matter what we say about education, jobs, or the economy; if Hispanics think we do not want them here, they will close their ears to our policies."

The jury's still out on whether "educated" whites prioritize well

TMR immediately sees two things:

 1) Rep. Mo Brooks (R-AL) was correct in his assessment of it, as being a hypocritically racist way to try and appear non-racist, and 2) whites still haven't figured blacks could rightfully "close their ears" to them, and did so a long time ago, as well?

Regularly putting black men in dresses has never helped

Seriously, blacks have been made to feel like the white race "does not want them in the United States" for anything but slavery since 1609, but whites still suggest today - rather than themselves changing behavior - we should leave for Africa if we're not happy. But, at the same time, we now see Republicans openly saying (and actually alarmed in a way they'd never be for black Americans) they recognize Hispanics have the potential to ignore what whites think and say if mistreated. It's no insult to be the source of their frustrations.

"Dumb" and "lazy" have always been a matter of perspective, too, in America

After all this time, it's really a confession, and kinda sad really:

A people, and their party, still not grasping how things change,...

The Hot Air Primary Poll Is Done (Good Luck With That)

Michelle Malkin's ultra-conservative readers have chosen a slate of possible presidential contenders, and - if you know her panting subjects - it's *exactly* the unimaginative  group of gangsters you'd expect:

The Right's demons, from the pits of Hell, otherwise known as:

Scott Walker

The guy who "worked closely" with Ted Nugent, has a knack for hiring notoriously racist staff, and - together - they all add up to the 2nd worst record for working with blacks in the nation.

Ted Cruz

The guy who shut down the government to prevent poor blacks from acquiring healthcare.

Rand Paul

The guy who thinks The Civil Rights Act needs changing.

Rick Perry

The guy who has a ranch called "Niggerhead" and recently compared gays to alcoholics.

Dr. Ben Carson

The Uncle Tom who actually declared ObamaCare was worse than slavery.

After this crowd, TMR can't wait to see who they choose next,….

This Is A Dark Time For Rand Paul

I live in a painfully surreal nightmare of pale poseurs posturing for posterity

Because of my interest in psychopathy, sociopathy, and race, someone smartly suggested I watch Benedict Cumberbatch in the BBC's Sherlock. (If that doesn't make sense to you, then you haven't been following along at home.)

I did not need even more deductive powers to reveal white folks have lost it. But now, I'm inspired.

I know the value of a dollar. Just the day before yesterday, two white girls tried to convince a friend and I to spend $22.00 for some fried chicken. How much someone expects me to pay for bird's a great gauge of how out-of-touch with reality they are.

And then we come to thinking like this. Obviously the folks at Hot Air, and maybe even Rand Paul, share in it but, doesn't anybody else see, that to be this conspiratorial, and to assume more-than-a-few of the citizenry are this stupid - especially blacks - is to reveal much of what's wrong with race in this country? And maybe even white people?

Claw out your eyes

Note to Rand Paul:

Doing things, for the sake of appearances, fools no one in the long term.

Why should I vote for a grown-assed man who doesn't know that?

This country ain't very old.

Blacks have been watching whites, trying to make themselves look good in the face of horror, for 400 years. Rand Paul is supposed to be a politician - why can't he (and why doesn't Hot Air tell him to) tell the truth of who he is and quit with the I'm-A-Racist-Rubic-Cube routine? (Can YOU figure him out?) Blacks know what country we live in, just as he does. He's fooling no one but his amnesiatic supporters.

Those who still think the days when any black is waiting, for some old white plantation owner's self-entitled progeny to wise up, are still here. That's how Rand Paul comes across, as Ron Paul's kid.

How is Rand Paul's racial evolution supposed to matter - to me - for reals? It certainly seems to matter to the media. Which, in itself, is fascinating. Will he "make" it - by being dishonest?

It's a scream that nothing more's expected of him.

Lie to succeed. It's openly stated. It's today's American business model laid bare. It's how we got $22.00 chicken. Think like adulterers and murderers. "Preemptively" start doing things, to throw everyone off track, while thinking you're behaving - or appearing - normal. Isn't that what's happening? What Hot Air is onto, above? Compartmentalizing to the point of cracking up?

Can you see the fear in his eyes?

No, generally, we blacks don't do that. We're positioned to observe white people actively lying, to us and themselves, while expecting us to wait until they "decide" to abandon their mind games for the truth.

And then, naturally, pay us back for wasting our lives.

I always love that last part:

Deductions,….
