Why Is Rand Paul Quiet On The Michael Brown Murder?

This Is A Dark Time For Rand Paul
I live in a painfully surreal nightmare of pale poseurs posturing for posterity
Because of my interest in psychopathy, sociopathy, and race, someone smartly suggested I watch Benedict Cumberbatch in the BBC's Sherlock. (If that doesn't make sense to you, then you haven't been following along at home.)
I did not need even more deductive powers to reveal white folks have lost it. But now, I'm inspired.
I did not need even more deductive powers to reveal white folks have lost it. But now, I'm inspired.
I know the value of a dollar. Just the day before yesterday, two white girls tried to convince a friend and I to spend $22.00 for some fried chicken. How much someone expects me to pay for bird's a great gauge of how out-of-touch with reality they are.
And then we come to thinking like this. Obviously the folks at Hot Air, and maybe even Rand Paul, share in it but, doesn't anybody else see, that to be this conspiratorial, and to assume more-than-a-few of the citizenry are this stupid - especially blacks - is to reveal much of what's wrong with race in this country? And maybe even white people?
Claw out your eyes
Note to Rand Paul:
Doing things, for the sake of appearances, fools no one in the long term.
Why should I vote for a grown-assed man who doesn't know that?
Why should I vote for a grown-assed man who doesn't know that?
This country ain't very old.
Blacks have been watching whites, trying to make themselves look good in the face of horror, for 400 years. Rand Paul is supposed to be a politician - why can't he (and why doesn't Hot Air tell him to) tell the truth of who he is and quit with the I'm-A-Racist-Rubic-Cube routine? (Can YOU figure him out?) Blacks know what country we live in, just as he does. He's fooling no one but his amnesiatic supporters.
Those who still think the days when any black is waiting, for some old white plantation owner's self-entitled progeny to wise up, are still here. That's how Rand Paul comes across, as Ron Paul's kid.
How is Rand Paul's racial evolution supposed to matter - to me - for reals? It certainly seems to matter to the media. Which, in itself, is fascinating. Will he "make" it - by being dishonest?

It's a scream that nothing more's expected of him.
Lie to succeed. It's openly stated. It's today's American business model laid bare. It's how we got $22.00 chicken. Think like adulterers and murderers. "Preemptively" start doing things, to throw everyone off track, while thinking you're behaving - or appearing - normal. Isn't that what's happening? What Hot Air is onto, above? Compartmentalizing to the point of cracking up?
Can you see the fear in his eyes?
No, generally, we blacks don't do that. We're positioned to observe white people actively lying, to us and themselves, while expecting us to wait until they "decide" to abandon their mind games for the truth.

Another Week: More Colorblind White American Racism
Does VICE do This Week In Racism on their television show? There ought to be a program for this "colorblind" phenomena - began by Ted Nugent and Paul Ryan - of a weekly roll-out of some new flavor of (supposedly-deceased-and/or-previously-non-existent) racists, determined to have their say on the very subject they're equally determined not to understand.
Here would be this week's guest, from Salon:
Here would be this week's guest, from Salon:
This sociopathic demand whites not feel guilt (or anything else, really) is a never-ending trope of the colorblind racist. Here I am, for the umpteenth time, also refuting it - over two weeks ago - on Althouse:
"Nobody wants, needs, or is asking for your guilt - we want you to discover 'justice'."
That white racists are stuck on this straw man doesn't say much for their intellectual prowess, but, as Chauncey DeVega noticed at We Are Respectable Negroes, it says quite a bit about how language can be used in an attempt to distract from more salient topics:
That's it:
Every week I'd host a comedy/game show, featuring a different colorblind racist saying whatever he or she wants, in an effort to fool others (and even themselves) into believing they've sincerely pondered and heard America's most-important issues.
We could call it:

Invisible Man (Blacks From Our Future Can't Be Seen)
"Crack must be in the hospital or something. How else to explain his lack of presence on this topic?"
And, there you have it, white America's message of morality to disagreement and/or blame. Translation:
They Care.
And they do. As long as you agree with them on things no sane person could agree with. Otherwise, homelessness, banishment, abandonment, or - my favorite from talking to white high schoolers about their parents - being "disowned". Scientologists "disconnect" people from their families, too, so there's that to ponder, as well.
They don't get much whiter than L. Ron.
They don't get much whiter than L. Ron.
Little wonder that blacks, sticking together, freak the sociopathic "post-racial" crowd out. We just refuse to be like the rest. Cold. Unfeeling. Seeing people as discardable. Disposable. Willing to hide the bodies - and the guilt - under years of lies, right or wrong.
Decades go by. Centuries. But look the other way. "Time heals all" they think. Everything but the truth. And anyone but them. They'll die first - or watch millions do so. They don't mind. You didn't agree.
White culture's been this way since slavery.

It's America - not as a meritocracy - but a meat grinder.
Salute the flag.

Yes, indeed - only four years old and even my right-on-the-bullseye ideas are "homeless. Because of you. And Republicans."
And, apparently because of my race, the right and wrong - of, repeatedly, ignoring a *correct* black voice - will never come into it.

Gay, Joy, Marriage - Just Wrong From Top-To-Bottom,...
After adultery, some people still have honor, even if it's tarnished:
LOS ANGELES (AP) - In his first public speech since resigning as head of the CIA, David Petraeus apologized for the extramarital affair that "caused such pain for my family, friends and supporters."
The hero of the Iraq and Afghanistan wars struck a somber, apologetic tone as he spoke to about 600 people, including his wife and many uniformed and decorated veterans, at the University of Southern California's annual ROTC dinner on Tuesday.
"I know I can never fully assuage the pain that I inflicted on those closest to me and a number of others," Petraeus said.
"And a number of others." Sure. Even people he doesn't know. Adulterers can never know, because they're not like the rest of us. Because - through their willing actions and the pain they knowingly inflict on others - they stand apart from society. They don't care because nobody else matters. If they did, it never would've happened. You can't be a sociopath and feel as normal people do.
For instance, last night I watched Cindy Kleine's Phyllis & Harold, a documentary that Peter Hammond of Boxoffice Magazine called "One of the most profound movies about married life I have ever seen." But it's not really about "married life." It's about a selfish, stereotypically "dissatisfied" woman who enlists her two feminist daughter's help (one of whom is the filmmaker) to facilitate her life-long sexual betrayal of the husband who supported and adored them. How "profound" is her (and her daughter's) narcissism - and the constant betrayal that springs from it? Even when her husband dies, Phyllis has to be reminded his death isn't about her.
And so, last night, I sat alone in the dark, mouth open in a silent scream, watching this suburban display of pure evil - stung - as though I had been attacked by bees.
And now I wake up, and good ol' "General Betrayus" digs it all up again, because he's part of it. Another broken spoke in our newly-created NewAge society's wicked wheel. A monster who dedicated his life to lying about who and what he is, what's happening around us, and who we can trust.
The good general can't know I'm now one of his "number of others."
I know the loathsome Cindy Kleine (and Peter Hammond) would've called his trysts "Scenes From A Marriage" or some shit, but they'd be wrong:
David Petraeus is only engaged in a marriage now,...

We've Got "Special" People Here Now (Retarded)
"Adam LeBor’s excellent book, written with perfect restraint, explores how it came to pass that a staggering $65 billion imploded in December 2008 when Madoff admitted that his investment business was 'one big lie'.As the title suggests, the book is not a biography of Madoff but a study of his 'cult'. LeBor posits that it helps to think of Madoff as a godlike figure whose sociopathic ability to deceive was outweighed only by the vanity of his victims.
Although he seems confounded by the depth of Madoff’s cruelty, LeBor has limited sympathy for the investors who were so keen to join the secretive, exclusive fund that promised returns of 10 to 12 per cent every year.
LeBor’s book neatly chronicles the many shades of complicity. It is stuffed with finely detailed tales of hubris and hypocrisy. Madoff’s acolytes, hoping to avoid more lawsuits, fall over themselves to declare how much money they too have lost.
On the surface, this might seem repetitive, but each story of disintegrated paper wealth brings its own ego to light. Not everyone had the privilege of being defrauded by Madoff."
-- Laura Slattery, from her review of The Believers: How America Fell for Bernard Madoff’s $65 billion Investment Scam, which is an excellent title - just like "cult" - or even The Irish Times.

Naw, Dude: There's One Born Every Second!!!
"It never ceases to amaze me that people fall for this stuff. Here we have flamboyantly sociopathic cross-dressing scammer who's on the lam having his minions sell this expensive piece of junk in Canada. For some reason, Health Canada licensed it for 'reduction of stress.' Why, I don't know, but it was the foot in the door for Nelson to market his device as a cure for cancer, autism, heart disease--pretty much anything you want. Truly, it is the woo for all seasons, and there's one born every minute."-- Orac (who ought to see the delusional mail we receive from Wissembourg, France, in support of "Dr." Robert Wohlfahrt) discussing "Professor" Bill Nelson, above, who richly deserves such Respectful Insolence.
