I'm Sending This Out Telepathically As Well

Just a reminder, that I've been moved to another cell for my own safety, with my things following shortly. This Blogger site will still exist, so you can hang out if you like, but the majority of my new postings will be over there, in the same "crackheaded" manner to which you've grown accustomed. As a matter of fact, it can get better over there because the Wordpress site isn't governed by the same rules against crazy that Blogger is. Over here, I can only print sane commentary.

Oh - and by the way - Charlie says to stop global warming.

The Macho Response Is Now In Two Locations!

Since Blogger has decided TMR is oh, so beyond the pale, I've been invited to start blogging with the fine folks at Flying Tiger Comics, so look for some upcoming stuff over there. I'll still be posting here, so keep coming back, but I'll also be adding some content to what they do already.

I'm happy to report visitors read more of TMR now - and the blog definitely gets more donations because of them - but it would be nice to have the number of readers up, too. We had quite a crowd before the blog was labeled "indecent", and hopefully we can get something going again. So, if the barrier keeps you from checking me out while you're at work or something, hop over to Flying Tiger Comics and I'll be glad to start scratching your conservative anti-NewAge/anti-cult itch at the new location. Just don't tell Blogger!

Take care,

CMC

UPDATE:

Thanks to Ann Althouse, TMR is still here - and no longer behind a firewall! And it's now here, too! This could get interesting! I'm still setting up shop at the new spot, but come pay a visit anyway:

It looks like lots of things are getting started all over again!

An Update On The Results Of A Blogger Firewall

I'm about to get busy here again, but I wanted to give you the latest:

This is so bizarre it's got me scratching my head - and smiling a little.

First, while the number of visitors is still waaaay down from before they slapped this thing on me, the number of readers - people actually clicking links and tags and taking in what I've written on more than one page - now make up almost 40% of the blog. (It used to rarely get above 25% and if, say, I got a link from Instapundit or whatever, that would shrink to about 5%.) That's cool! There's not a blogger on the planet who doesn't want to be read and, take my word for it, I'm no exception!

On a related note, while men have been giving more in donations as individuals, the number of WOMEN has been staggering. Women now make up almost three times the number of donations I've received, and it's more-than-gratifying to know they can see past the bluster and bravado to the good intentions I write with.

While I've never been a Michelle Obama and have always been proud of my country, this display of generosity on the part of my fellow Americans (and some around the world) just renews my passion for telling everyone - whether it be my fellow blacks, or liberals, or anyone out there nursing an anti-American bent - they've got our country all wrong. This IS an amazing place, and you can be sure that if I make it, with your help, I will not be shy about letting everyone know the kindness and support that awaits anyone who finally drops the bullshit and includes themselves, in any way, into the American family. As a foster child, I had no choice - one could say my country raised me - but as an adult, it's been a choice I made on my own and, without a doubt, it's been one I have not and will not ever regret - though, I'm sure, we still have to get rid of the stinking NewAge.

Thank you all - I truly do love you,

CMC

The Good Guys

Atheist comedian Ricky Gervais has written an Easter message about why he's a better Christian than most Christians. I won't quote it, but I will say that I, too, seem to be giving believers a run for their money - even from behind a Blogger firewall. I mean, let's face it, most believers are like our recently divorced belly-dancing Reiki Master (who now claims she was only "posing") cutting corners on the truth, and their behavior, where they see fit, so it's really not difficult to think beliefs lead to lying or something.

What's hard is trying to figure out why, in 2011, anybody still "believes" anything.

What do you know?

It Seems It's "Just Us" Now: No Justice Mo' Piss

Well, it seems that whoever was offended by the blog has had the proper effect - visits have fallen through the floor - but that's cool, because now it's me and the rest of the hardcore, and I finally have a good idea of how many of you that is. The level of donations have been quite gratifying, too, making me feel special while somebody's trying to make me feel small.

BTW - I've got an idea about who that somebody is. There's been a jerk from Daly City, California (it's always California) who's been recently taunting me with homosexual comments, until I started deleting them, so I guess he went the politically correct route and got Blogger to do his bidding. (Isn't it weird, in America, how easily that works nowadays? Blogger didn't even ask me what's going on,...) But, as I said when the WARNING went up, he's done me as much of a favor as hurt me, because the rest of you responded with donations (Big Thumbs Up to the Ladies!) and, seriously, if this was one of those blogs done exclusively for fame you'd see me acting like other bloggers, and posting everywhere to promote it, and I just don't do that. TMR will live or die under it's own power - it's been sabotaged by NewAge libs three times now - but, if there's one thing the attacks it receives proves, it does have power:

We - me, what I've created here, and the people who regularly read and participate in it - can and will not be ignored.

I'm sorry about not posting yesterday, but I've got a friend who needed some help doing some back-breaking work, and when I got home all I wanted was a beer, some food, and some sleep. It's a trip to not to be watching things for a day, because now I feel kind of like events have gotten away from me a little, when I'm so used to staying on top of them, even if I'm not commenting on every little thing that happens. That said, I've decided to make a few changes from here on out, picking up the pace, starting with a reduction in the number of photos I use (Most of my time is spent reading, grabbing photos and videos, and trying to organize them into something). This way, I think, I'll be able to post more often and maybe become an even bigger part of the dialogue. To the artists and weirdoes I say, don't fret, I'm still going to have them, but there will also be posts that don't from now on, just so we can talk about more. I'm also hoping it'll inspire more comments, though I know, talking to me scares some people. (Man up, folks, they're only words,...)

Alright - before I start cussing everybody out again - I want you to know "I Love You", and it's nothing personal, but like a father to his kids, I want everyone to do better and this is just the time-tested approach that really gets results.

Just ask whoever the pussy was who got "insulted".

O.K., shape up or ship out, assholes! I'ma jump in the shower and then hit it - hard - including that promised piece on cultism.

So Good Grief

So, "Pete, and the rest of the Blogger team" are currently saying goodbye to Eric Case, a fellow employee at Google. That means, every time I log in to do a post, I have to look at a picture of Eric, with a message that says, "So long, and thanks for all the zen!" So, I ask you:

Can there be a more intrusive way to remind me I'm surrounded by these spiritual so-and-sos?
