The Secret's NOT Working

"THE legal battle over profits for the international best-selling DVD and book The Secret will be fought in the US and not Australia.

A Federal Court judge in Melbourne ruled the US was more appropriate. Melbourne filmmaker Rhonda Byrne (above) now faces a civil trial in Chicago in February to decide if filmmaker Drew Heriot is entitled to up to half of the $US300 million ($A322 million) in revenue.

Mr Heriot claims he is the co-author of the screenplay and book."
