The national average of Black men in prison is 6.7%, however, in Wisconsin that number is a whopping 12.8%. 

Wisconsin has a tiny black population of 6%, yet Blacks make up 48% of the prison population. 

Over three-fourth’s of the jobs available are outside of the public transit system’s coverage where an unbelievable 47% of the people do not have a valid driver’s license.
