I've watched it several times. He did slip in front of the car, just like the DA said. That doesn't make it murder.
Also (and please, Crack, maybe we could have a real conversation about this?), I wonder if Crump getting involved didn't hurt the case against the cop? Crump isn't a popular figure, given that he operates by shaking people down, and especially right now, given how bad he wound up looking as a result of the Zimmerman case. What do you think?

I could see a manslaughter charge against the cop.
What do you think should've happened, given all the information at hand (I assume you read the article that went with the video)?
Not murder, negligence resulting in death is what I would charge this officer with, but the execution in a vegetable patch is really a stupid thing to characterize it. Horrible circumstances for sure, but not anywhere near murder.
