It Could Be Almost Anywhere In The Western World Now

Considering how often Americans talk like this, can you guess what case this quote is discussing?

So - Trayvon? Michael Dunn and Jordan Davis? Any of the other, many, blacks who've been shot for a variety of wrong reasons?
