Bite The Bullet, Baby (Today's Journalists Are Bad Stewards Of The U.S. Culture)

Reason magazine thinks Politics Has Too Much Posturing and Not Enough Problem-Solving - which is why TMR thinks politics is the wrong vehicle for dealing with the NewAge Movement. For instance, Aaron Rodgers Reportedly Met With A Notable Doctor On Friday, pretty much unscathed by his experience in the political limelight. The many dominoes that could've (and should've) fallen, after the exposure of his ignorance, exploitation, and deceit - homeopathy's many patrons, promoters, and practitioners - also still stand tall. Most, completely ignored by our (supposedly) story-hungry information industry.

The media's desire - to do anything, beyond allowing people and events to repeatedly, and unnecessarily, spin out of control - just isn't there.

Trumped (Again)

Today, there's a political article on The Hill, saying the GOP is becoming a cult of know-nothings ("becoming") while yesterday's NPR program - on anti-vaccination attitudes and spirituality - admitted the Democrats are already there.

It's just that no one cares what the left have already done, to us, or themselves, or the nation, or the world - the focus must stay on everyone else - or else. Or else what? Well, "Democracy dies", or some shit. I don't know. Listen to them spout that "verbiage as collectivism" lie. I ain't no NewAger.

Guess

How can anyone take journalists (or journalism) seriously, if they're now a NewAge clique, that's so misled they'll spin a "remarkable survival story" out of the tale of a self-mutilating journalist, being so misinformed about pseudoscience, that he went to a chiropractor - only to suffer two strokes?
Has there not been enough information over the last decade on the chiroprctic/stroke connection that - by now - every journalist in the world, including the celebrity slime, should be aware of it?
In 2008, this very bog reprinted an article that stated "People have suffered strokes and even died after having chiropractic neck manipulation, a risk downplayed by the General Chiropractic Council".
So, considering TMR has known for the last 13 years, why don't journalists - those self-selected to officially inform the rest of us - not know it by now?
And who's behind journalism's celebration of ignorance and stupidity as brave?

Trump Didn't "Adopt" The Republican Party - He HIGHJACKED It (Get It Right)

Unlike Mitch McConnell (who, most definitely, knows when the party he runs is being used, or attacked) these so-called "journalists (and/or political "experts") do NOT understand what they're reporting on - when they look at the Republicans - at all. THAT'S a huge problem with a one-sided media:

They stay too ignorant, of the other side, to be taken seriously.

Democrats Keep Rubbing Salt In The Wound (Of Having Lied To Us All Before)

The NewAge Nazi Democrat media actively, collectively, and cultishly, coordinated to bury Hunter Biden's story, so the American people would elect his father President under a cloud of ignorance - an epic crime. And, somehow, giving Hunter $2 million dollars to spin the lowlife tale, himself, isn't supposed to be a kick in the teeth to the American people?

These people HATE us.

They Say "Cult" How They Used To Say "God" (To Say They Don't Understand)

Reuters is "reporting" Dozens of former Bush officials leave Republican Party, calling it 'Trump cult', which helps no one - least of all the former Bush officials - who are not cult experts, or even well-versed in the topic. Actual cult experts (who any journalist could've consulted for this article) say:

"Politicizing the word “cult” and using it to label Trump supporters serves no useful or constructive purpose. It dismissively demonizes a majority of the Republican party and other voters that support Donald Trump without recognizing their preexisting personal sentiments. This inaccurate labeling also denigrates the suffering of real cult victims."

So this Reuters headline should've actually read:

Dozens of former Bush officials leave Republican Party - hurting their own party's future political prospects - and everybody's just rolling over cult victims, willy-nilly, without a care. As long as they get Trump.

We're Now Getting Too Busy Living The Good Life To Ever Know What's Cracking

Whoa - I had no idea there was once a book called "Bonesetting, Chiropractic, and Cultism" - but (once again proving ignorance isn't bliss) I guess there was:
When I published by book Bonesetting, Chiropractic, and Cultism in 1963, one chapter was devoted to “Chiropractic Technique Wars.” Dozens of different chiropractic techniques were being used by chiropractors who claimed that their method of adjusting...was the most effective way to cure disease...The Palmer School of Chiropractic,...was teaching the H.I.O. (hole-in-one) technique,...B.J. Palmer, the developer of chiropractic, eventually theorized that...it was only necessary to adjust the atlas... ─ a departure from the revelations of D.D. Palmer, the founder of chiropractic, who claimed that he had cured deafness and heart disease by adjusting a thoracic vertebra.

So get that: the founder, developer, and school, all disagreed on what they were supposed to be experts on, and people bought it. Still buy it. Who says otherwise?

Cultism is a trip.

Epic

You gotta love these guys.

If I Can Get It Cooked With Pork (In Some Sweet And Sour Sauce) All The Better

I can hear the criticism in America already, but - when it comes to the fight against cultism - I really don't care about criticism from our arrogantly ignorant anymore:

If the U.S. would make even a *token* gesture to fight cult nonsense, I might be able to reconsider. But - under the circumstances - even after massive cases of child rape? No, China wins this one - hands down - because we have FAILED.

America Has It's Racism So In-Check Nobody Notices

"White people were crazy. Now they’re not as crazy,..."
— Chris Rock
Anybody else wonder why this statement - regarding the rape, violence, mutilation, and murder, done to create this citadel to injustice we live in today - hasn't gotten as much investigation as issues presented by (last time I checked: white) Caitland Jenner and Amy Shumer? Why it's not sweeping the airwaves as really, really important for everyone to grasp, accept, and wrestle with - as they do women or gay rights?

If not, THAT'S how white supremacy "works,..."

There's Nothing Right About The Right (But Righting It)

Out of sight, out of his fucking mind

"I think for most people who are concerned about [pregnancy by rape], it’s in the initial months where they’re most concerned about it.”

- Wisconsin Governor, and potential presidential candidate, Scott Walker
