* For the record, I'm not buying all this talk of sexism and racism: this is an American political election, and - by definition - the shit gets rough. All I hear is a lot of excuses for why various campaign strategies aren't working, but, in truth, they're not working simply because the strategists - and the candidates - are (through our system, bit by bit) finally being forced to reveal the bogus filters they see the world through. (And, in the case of the Democrats, that's NewAge:) Once the true nature of their ideologies bump up against the real world,...well, we can all see the result: they lose.

Personally, it all makes me so damn proud to be an American: historically speaking, this is "The New World," and it's becoming quite clear that (no matter what our very-real problems) we've got the smartest damn people on the planet here. We will NOT be going for the NewAge okey-doke - no matter how it's adherents try to spin it - and for me, after all I've been through with this belief system, watching my metaphysical menace's political self-destruction (at the hands of my countrymen) is becoming gratifying beyond my wildest dreams.
