If You Can See It, Then Your Eyes Are Open, Which Means You Can Fight On For Another Day

"They’re actually imposing their religious beliefs on me. They’re saying that you either believe what we believe or we won’t let you live your life."

-- George Kalman*, getting clued-in to what's going on while he was merely trying to get on with it - and he doesn't even live in the San Francisco Bay Area - but closer to The New York Times.

*This isn't a picture of George Kalman, but TMR's photographic representation of what it's like "spiritually" for an atheist to just try and live, surrounded by extremely delusional (and equally prideful**) adults who are so idiotically immature they'll childishly "believe" in things that don't add up ("You can't pass judgment") loudly complain, to anyone within earshot, when their beliefs don't work out ("Hope and Change!") and will also viciously attack anyone - even a friend - who points out, or has pointed out, they were spouting nonsense all along.

You might say it's believers who make "spirituality" so unattractive to non-believers, that atheists would rather go through that, above - on the inside - than join in the wanton destruction of everything else on the outside. It's just not worth it.

TMR knows modern day believers will learn, but - as usual - it'll probably come much too late for any of it to do anyone any good.

** Delusional thinking - coupled with pride - nasty combination, that one: Alone, it's worth the spiritual equivalent of a bloody nose.
