That was accepted as true by the Left. They ran with it. They ran on it. They insisted it was true until Kanye recently admitted he was wrong. Flash to today:

Obama cares little or nothing for working people.

Or maybe it means this:

We're not positive. Whatever it is, you always know - if it's from the Left - it's surely a mature assessment of the situation at hand.
