The Haunting

  1. Well you lost me there. And here is why.

The Constitution is far from perfection. The Constitution is a model of government in a very imperfect world. Half the signers of that document were opposed to salivary, half were for it. Many of them who were slave holders like Washington and Jefferson knew it was wrong and yet found it exceedingly hard to let it go (Washington only after his death and then only partially), Jefferson never did.

Yet that document set the seeds for slavery's abolition, survived a civil war, and continues on to this day. The principals of individual liberty are not wrong because some took that to mean they could infringe the liberty of another.

I am not sure where you are going with this Crack. The whole victimhood thing does not really fit...

Stop him and frisk him, white man. It's your constitutional right.

  3. I'm with EBL on this.
The people who wrote the Constitution were people, and thus very far from perfect, and this "divinely inspired" crap has got to go.
But the document itself did indeed set the stage for the abolition of slavery.
As national documents/contracts go, it's a pretty good one in its original form, so tampering with it should be done with a great deal of care. If you deform it beyond recognition, then it may lose its ability to redress such things.

"Stop him and frisk him, white man"? Really?

  4. "Really?"

Yes really. It's what EBL, Cody Racist, and all the other anonymouses do to Crack over at Althouse, Lem's, and wherever else they can find him. They electronically digitally stop and frisk him. It's part of their racist mission: they believe they're protecting the "white race" or something.

  5. Meade thinks he is protecting the gay race. Nice work there, buddy - your gay stepsons thank you for your protection. Crack thanks you too.

Did you ever get your concealed carry permit Meade?

  6. Look out, big man Meade will protect his little buddy, the Section 8 American. He's paternalistic that way.

  7. Ok..I can agree with that. But I'm not sure your response does much more than play into it.

Why not just, you know, confront right off the bat about the actual thing?

And what does this have to do with the actual Constitution...other than it's pretty obvious to me that there are a lot of people who would like to re-write it so it favored their "side" irregardless of whether or not that was good for everyone?
This grand conjunction of crazy is really getting out of hand.

  8. I have no idea how my first post got "slivary" I meant slavery.

Of course Meade decided to derail this thread. Meade, why don't you go back to sexually abusing the dogs of Dane (Madison) County.

  9. Half the signers were droolers.

  10. "I have no idea how my first post got "slivary" I meant slavery. "

Your auto-correct didn't recognize "slavery" because it knows you're a big racist. So it autocorrected to "salivary", knowing what a drooler you are.

  11. Remember, ELB, from Nitzsche's famous "Beyond Good and Evil Bloggerladies": Whoever fights monsters should see to it that in the process he does not become a monster. And when you look into fucking dogs, the dogs also look into fucking you.

  12. Meade, the voice of experience there! Your rapier wit is like your pencil dick in a Portuguese water dog.

While I occasionally disagree with Crack, I like him. I always have. You on the other hand have shown yourself to be a person of low character and cruel meanness. I have contempt for you, but most of the time I do not think of you at all.
