"I wanted to let everyone know what was going on. I wanted to make it clear the city was outraged."-- Evan Shamar (above) who doesn't seem to understand A) since he worked to get people "outraged," he should've expected they might act like it and riot, and B) he doesn't speak for "the city," in The San Francisco Chronicle.
