  1. Thrown under the bus it appears -- well, imagine that.

    So busy paying attention to the scams the other side was doing and getting worked up over it (and let me be the first to say that wasn't a bad thing, but...) they didn't notice that they could get scammed themselves.

    [and while I'm not so concerned about default, I am concerned about what happens to the dollar as the global reserve currency...although a default and a recession aren't exactly things that could necessarily go smoothly...but, you know, "principles" and shit]
