Every single day, on and on - seemingly forever - like the country of my birth is purgatory and, until it stops lying to itself, I'm waiting to be born:

The right's conspiracy theorists "screwed the pooch" again:

White people's ignorance can be so wrong.

Now - did America need the nonsense we got from the right - after we'd been attacked? The wasted time and money? The undermining attack on Obama's administration? Hillary Clinton? The paranoia they tried to spread? The fact nothing even remotely credible was treated as such? 

If I'm not mistaken, I think Ann Althouse fell for this one, too, BEFORE she started dismissing as a "smear" the observation (obvious to anyone else) that Scott Walker cultivates racism:

Whites became monsters because no one else has the power to stop them.

Her wing nut readership might be affecting her lately.

Evidence shows stopping white people is in their best interests.

 The fact The American Thinker, somehow, hears non-existent laughter (at white's expense) in Ta-Nehisi Coates' essay, “The Case for Reparations,” should tell us all we need to know about the sick, cynical, "Dark Side Of The Moon"-type paranoia, that plays with itself in the Right-Wing mind.

We can also learn from The National Review - saying "the most valuable aspect of Mr. Coates’ essay is as a corrective to the tendency to treat the systematic political and economic repression of black Americans as though it were a matter of distant history" but, conveniently, leaving out what was happening before Coates’ essay appeared - when conservatives, alone, were calling the harm "ancient."

Now, they say, Coates' "valuable" corrections change nothing - surprised? We shouldn't be:

America's apartheid South Africa-style of cultural conditioning means, all that makes sense to whites, is they carry on - happily and without reminders - with the historic theft and rape of blacks.

Letting blacks acknowledge the centuries-old race-based plunder, for no reason other than the color of our skin, is the best educated white Americans now say they can possibly do. Because that's what a good education's for.

Should it be added that they "chuckled" as they said so?

No, probably not, because - contrary to white people's behavior and popular beliefs - that would be racist, unfair, and a lie,...

 

They Say - When You Die - There's A White Light, Too

I just got a call from a friend in Utah.

It seems my former landlady - the chiropractor who got mad, and kicked me out, because I wasn't begging for her help with my back - has finally discovered how badly she screwed the pooch:

Her house, which I was caring for as my own, has been taken over by a group of meth heads.

Not only that, but since her father was my former landlord and roommate (before taking a fall and suffering dementia) now there's no one to visit him in the long-term care facility we'd moved him into.

No one to take him on a day out, to a nice lunch, or just hang around and chat or watch TV with him, giving him a sense of normalcy.

He's just in there, probably getting paranoid or becoming a vegetable.

Nope, because of this hard-hearted woman - who lives in Arizona - now all three of our lives are screwed, and there's no way to put the genie back in the bottle.

I did everything for them - why not? I only had my music. 

I even bought two lawnmowers, just in case one breaks, so the grass was always sure to be up to Mormon standards.

Everything in that house got repaired - on my dime - without her ever knowing about it.

Oh - did I mention she, and her father, are white?

Yeah, it's like that.

Lem's Comment Home: Where Sanity Takes A Rest Stop

The racists over at Lem's are getting nervous about me, again, imagining hoards of blacks attacking them with fire hoses - while being out numbered 10 to 1 by whites. It's wild to see such extreme paranoia on display, and a sure sign they're not right in the head:

If they studied American history better - which is, mostly, all I'm exposing them to - they'd understand what they're doing better, and know it's already been identified as a documented white condition:

"I think that the guilt complex of the American white man is so profound, until when you begin to analyze the real condition of the Black man in America, instead of the American white man eliminating the causes that create that condition, he tries to cover it up by accusing his accusers of teaching hate, but actually they're just exposing him for being responsible for what exists."

They'll do anything but change - until forced to - that's the outlook.  And why they're so scared of being attacked:

So they expect others to be as barbaric as they are. (The idea it's only them, as Americans, escapes them - someone non-white has to be to blame for who they eventually kill.) 

They'll find any reason to reach for their guns - even impossible made-up ones like blacks getting the upper hand - but, in all that time, they still can't figure out a single one for putting guns down:

Anybody out there ever heard of the notorious Paranoid Style of conservatives? Check out this freshly-laid "crackerbait" from chickenlittle at Lem's Comment Home:

What? Who? Me? Force? Wow.

I must underestimate the impact of my passionate writing style, just as whites underestimate their own.

I mean, we are talking about a group of self-admittedly armed white citizens who have - along with that very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very long history of unprovoked violence that resulted in others getting hurt, over centuries, in a kaleidoscopic number of ways - on more recent occasions,...let's be generous,...happily (hung out with folks who) openly made comments about wanting to kill blacks.

And, if they want to scratch that, Lem's Comment Home is also a great place to hang out if I want to hear blacks marginalized, demonized, dismissed, or framed as clowns, which I will not.

The point is, despite their white picket fence facade, who's more likely to be using any force around here?

Who forced the government shut down against my wishes?

Who laughed when Trayvon Martin got killed - even making fun of his grieving parents?

And, let's not forget, these are the folks who lost the last election admitting THEY had a race problem - and needed to change.

The Stupid Party.

How many political screw-ups are Lem's and these doofus' responsible for - in a row - every one of which I openly opposed?

I'd think going to see where we all went wrong, in a friggin' movie, would be easy - and a great place to, willingly, start.

But I'd never expect a bunch of racists to understand any of that - racists don't think clearly.

Like, remember that time they tried to peer pressure this black anti-cultist into voting, for a leader of the now-admittedly racist Mormon cult, for President of the United States?

Considering they knew my anti-cult views - for years - that was stupid, wasn't it?

And Peer pressure, used aggressively - phone calls, emails - is a kind of "force" isn't it?

How about being attacked while massively outnumbered?

And who can forget a black man, getting called a "bigot", for stating exactly what Romney's cult admitted AFTER Romney ran?

Not investigating the truth for themselves - specifically because it was racial - was kinda stupid, too, don't you think?

Financial incentives - which they know I need - that are snatched away, so I twist in the wind, if I disagree? That certainly says a lot about how much these conservatives cherish and respect other's freedom, doesn't it?

My passion for truth - which they used to reward me for - is now their enemy.

Does any of this sound like the behavior of honorable, conservative, men and women?

Like this 12 Years a Slave accusation of what I'd do if I "could" (which they know no black can) they've now taken to calling me a racist - for mimicking their behavior.

I now write about white people as "whites" - just as they regard us as "blacks" - whites don't like that for some reason, saying it makes me racist.

I now write about race in a way that advances my ideological argument - leaving out race stories that don't - just as they ignore racial issues until they find one that advances their world view, such as it is, and so on.

It's a game.

All of this has apparently made me - little ol' me against all of them - a force to be reckoned with.

But - if I'm only mimicking the white world around me - what does that say about it and them?
