From Saying Men Don't Pander (To Women) To Totally Pandering (To A Woman)

 

Right after posting The Macho Response 2025 (Laughter At The Idea Of EVER Returning To Before) Bill Maher does a Real Time segment on Father's Day, detailing how horribly America's treated men in my lifetime. For the crimes of previous generations. And how society's made icons of males who, under pressure, pander to women. Hint: "Men" don't pander. We acknowledge when The New York Times offers bullshit like Eight Enchanting Novels About Witches, nod, and then keep that shit moving. It's just not worth our time.

  

Glenn Greenwald says, in his lifetime, he's before never seen a journalist demand to hear what a politician knows about a country he plans to attack - the one thing TMR's been insisting we do to Donald Trump - starting with Palestine. It's a tactic that's time has come.

The release of Mahmoud Khalil is a reminder that, not only doesn't Donald Trump know anything, but he isn't even fulfilling a president's first responsibility, which is to defend the Constitution. I'd keep an eye on that guy if I were you, because he can affect the lifetimes of future generations.

And finally, speaking of affecting the lifetimes of future generations, the fact there's now an 'SNL' display should totally explain why legendary bassist, Carol Kaye, wants nothing to do with the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Her work is foundational to everything they do, and even who we are, so she can say - with authority - except to crassly exploit her contribution, the Hall's never known why they exist. Just as MTV forgot what the "M" was for. So she wants nothing to with it. And I applaud her for saying so. That was the right thing to do AND The Macho Response.

It's Unreal How Unreal "Real Time" Really Is

 

  Real time with Bill Maher has long symbolized how constipated The Democrat Party, and modern journalism, have become - mostly from crawling up their own asses - and Maher did it again, last night, by discussing Jake Tapper's book about the cover-up of Joe Biden's mental decline. With Jake Tapper. Without mentioning what everybody knew, as far back as 2019, and still knows now: 

   

 Jake Tapper was a huge part of the cover-up. How's that for journalism? And for Bill Maher, posing as someone exposing what's real?

That Bill Maher, discussing the cover-up, is now part of a cover-up is the reality that won't be mentioned. At least not on Real time with Bill Maher. Here's something else "real," and obvious, that Rep. Seth Moulton (Maher's other guest) said, that Democrats will hear, but then completely ignore:

'Part of winning elections is just starting with a little mea culpa, and saying "Yeah we were wrong. We've been perceived out of touch with a lot of Americans; about not being honest about a range of issues: there's not really a problem at the southern border, or inflation really isn't that bad, and Biden's fine," so let's just be honest. Take this opportunity to say "Hey we were wrong about that." And then we can move forward."

I repeat: They will completely ignore that sound advice. And that means they will ignore it - collectively. Cultishly. And it's as creepy as listening to Bill Maher talk to Jake Tapper about a cover-up Bill Maher and Jake Tapper are participating in. And - Trump or no Trump - no one will be voting for more of it. Because everyone can sense someone's pulling levers, and - if it's not the Clintons - then it's someone associated with the Clintons, because it was Hillary who said the Internet is helping, whoever it is, "lose total control." 

   

Think about that - unpeel the onion: Whoever "they" are, Hillary Clinton - the former First Lady and Barack Obama's Secretary of State - said they had "total control." And only a few people knew (I'm looking at you, George Clooney). As Brianna Joy Gray also exposed this week (above) whoever is lounging in the Democrat Party's VIP section wants "an authentic voice that's going to become popular organically, and we need to control them,..."

When Democrats should know, by now, that's not gonna happen.

By the way, Seth Moulton was Real Time's one reasonable voice, but only until he said, "There will also be a great time to talk about Biden's legacy." When, he should know - as we know - Joe Biden's legacy was as a racist segregationist who, along with his Vice President, made his career by, amongst other things, destroying the lives of black Americans. That's keeping it real.

So the Democrats should stick to apologies, and otherwise, just try to leave the past alone. You ain't the fools who made "Sinners." You're the vampires.

 

Bill Maher Had A Talk With The King Of Fairyland

 

 How will Gavin Newsom save the Democrats with a podcast, when he and Bill Maher think it’s Republican guests who are “controversial”? Like I've forgotten Newsom still hasn’t sincerely apologized to his constituents for having an affair with his Best Friend’s wife during his campaign (his Best Friend was also his Campaign Manager, who Newsom betrayed as he toiled on his behalf) and then lied about going to rehab afterward, before damaging his credibility even more (if that were possible) by marrying a kooky NewAge “empath” - a woman who is advertising the belief system that is the real “shit” John Fetterman describes, when he says "Democrats have to get their shit together."   

Newsom is my Governor, but he's so repulsive, I skipped watching his segment on Real Time altogether. 

   

 And who listens to John Fetterman after he accepted a silver pager from Bibi Netanyahu, each one, a symbol of a horrible war crime? The pager attack they’re so proud of didn't hit Hezbollah fighters, who stopped carrying pagers long before the attack, but ordinary people who use pagers, like truck drivers and nurses – and it also hurt and killed a lot of children. What's to celebrate?

 I don't know who is more brain damaged: the horrible cretin stealing Palestinian land, and celebrating his terrorist attack on it's innocent people, or the assholes honored to be accepting a memento from them. But - whichever it is - a podcast ain’t gonna cure what ails them.

 

W.O.K.E. (Weary Over Knowing Everything) In A World Filled With Know-Nothings

 

 I don't talk too often on the blog, because A) I think it's pompous, and B) I don't assume anybody is gonna understand (or care about) anything I say. As they used to say, I'm just 'too far gone.' 

I guess, this is a test of that theory. 

   

 The U.S. government lied to its citizens, and the world, about wrecking the German economy by blowing up the Nord Stream pipeline. It's gotten Ukraine and its people blown to bits, and put us further in debt, over its NATO ambitions. And, it's been assisting in a genocide of the Palestinian people by Zionists - all things I'm against - as President Joe Biden, a millionaire, regularly interrupts my entertainments, to beg me for money, so "we can finish the job." How he assumes he roped me into all this, I will never know. That so many others endorse it, or passively go along with it, just tells me there's no reason for me to talk. 

   

 It's all a masquerade. Biden's being allowed to assumes he's Dean, and I'm Johnny, who just has to cope with whatever he does - drunk on power - in "a good year for apples."

   

 Not so. I've never bought any of this, because I've seen through all of it. Just as I was 'black' in the early 90s, I was also 'woke' in the early 90s, as evidenced by a 1992 song I recorded called "Thank You," that featured a long sample of the late, great playwright August Wilson, specifically talking about "privilege." I spoke at the award-winning gay filmmaker Marlon Riggs' funeral. My boys also released a song against homophobia in 1992. So, when the concept of being 'woke' came back around in the 2020s, my first thought was amazement at how 'late' everybody else is. My next thought was - despite the constant stream of new hysterias - American culture is a slow-moving iceberg, that causes cataclismic damage whenever it finally meets reality head-on. 

Just look at what it's done to Ben Shapiro, if you don't believe me: twisting that poor man into some kind of weird combination of Eddie Munster and a photo-negative Bobby Fischer. 

   

 Since 'woke' has re-emerged, life's mostly been a matter of protecting myself from flying "intellectual" debris, like Bill Maher's pontificating on the narrative developing around 'woke' - not the concept itself - which has been, both, frustrating and hilarious. I will remind you, again, of the frustrating part: back in the 90s, Bill Maher was the man who wouldn't let Christopher Hitchens explain to America that their beloved Bill Clinton is a rapist - basically, Maher's almost single-handedly responsible for us still having to endure the vile pronouncements of the murderously villainous conspiracy theorist, Hillary Clinton - but Bill Maher's being allowed to get away with criticizing 'woke'?  

   

Isn't exposing walking contradictions, like Bill Maher, supposed to be why we have News programs? Instead, Maher's Real Time is considered the News program, proving the utter futility of anyone 'woke' talking, when we can see the barbarians are not at the gate: the gate is there to keep us in.

   

Professional critics, today, make their careers arguing gender, long after "Long Tall Sally" was released in 1955, by a "Tutti Frutti" embraced for wearing a pompadour, sequins, make-up, mascara, and fake eyelashes, to scream about s-e-x. This should give you some indication of how long they'll keep "debating" the ethics of our nation committing a genocide. 

Only to assume I'm part of it.

How Hillary Clinton Has Made "Real Time With Bill Maher" A Totally Unreal Show

Bill Maher vehemently denied he and Sam Harris were duped by Hillary Clinton's RussiaGate AND that he and Sam Harris suffer from Trump Derangement Syndrome, when,  it's quite obvious - in reality - they most certainly did and do.

   

IN THE PAST:

Bill Maher vehemently denied American meddling in the politics of the Middle East AND the deadly effects that meddling (and the lies about them) has had, when - in reality - America has bloody hands and (Hillary Clinton, as former Sec. of State) is up to her neck in it. 

   

THE ORIGINAL SIN:

Bill Maher sided with the late Suzanne Somers to vehemently deny AND repeatedly refuse to allow the American people to hear the late Christopher Hitchens' evidence that former President Bill Clinton is a three-time rapist, when - in reality - Hitchens' evidence was solid.

It is so excruciatingly difficult for me to watch this conversation and not want to slit my wrists. The science kid is smugness incarnate, and everybody but the old-guy-with-an-agenda (and, maybe, the Republican) seems clueless. None of these problems are really difficult, but all we get is a lot of shoulder shrugging and that depressing pall, hanging like death, over everything. 

Leave them to ritual madness and they're all emotional highs, make them face reality and this is what I get. But still I watch.

It's weird, like with porn, because I know better.

Simply Because It's Worth It (Hitch Gives The Finger)

With the coming release of his last book, there seems to be a one-year-after-his-death anniversary celebration of Christopher Hitchens' life going on, which is cool because OUR lives seem strangely diminished without him - and it's sparked an interest in seeing the old boy again, in all his glory. This was a particularly satisfying occasion:

Someone - finally - telling Bill Maher's (and, by extension, The Daily Show's) trained seals what we thought of their wartime obsequience.

Even he seemed to be enjoying it.

Hitchens is - and will be - missed,...

  ADDED: I forgot I had this debate with Dinesh D'Souza laying around. D'Souza's not quite up to Hitch's level (Who is? Plus he's arguing FOR God,...) but it is a good show, and the kind of discourse I wish we could see more of. Mitt Romney wouldn't stand a chance facing something like this,...)

And really, hasn't that been the problem with talk shows lately? It doesn't really matter which one we're discussing - Bill Maher's, The Daily Show, The View, all of them - if the host(s) say something, right or wrong, the trained seals clap.

We still can't figure out how Let-Her-Man is still on the air, after confessing to adultery with his interns, but we figure it has something to do with this very phenomena:

He Can Rap - Even Act - But He's Still A Dummy

Watch Mos Def as he performs the role of "Left-wing thinker" here. He flails as he tries every trick in the book, but Christopher Hitchens isn't having any of it - from him, Bill Maher, or the stupid audience that probably thinks it's been transported back to Rome in the Coliseum, or France in the Middle Ages (or France today) when applauding the worst aspects of human nature - as long as they seemed "rebellious" - was common. But Christopher Hitchens ain't scared of anybody, or of offending those who insist on, either, respecting identity politics or being nonsensical - compare his stance to Salmon Rushdie's quiet cowardice - and Hitchens is more than willing to go to the mat for objective reality and what's right. We don't always agree with him, but Christopher Hitchens is still one to be admired - and we do - and more power to him.

Finally, this video is a sad statement on our "culture" today, but also a wonderful example of 1) why we're doing so badly as a country 2) how sorry and incoherent the left is in a debate, and 3) how refreshing it is to see someone - anyone - applying The Macho Response.

Barney Frank (D-Mass.) apart for his role in propping up Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, the typically inept Baldwin, appearing on HBO's "Real Time," not only pointed fingers at Frank for the current crisis, but also blamed former President Clinton and fellow Democrats.

Maybe more delicious, this came moments after comedian Garry Shandling blamed it all on -- wait for it -- George W. Bush."

Yep. But as time goes on, Maher and Co. eventually steer the ship back off course, no matter what was just previously said that they all agreed with. I swear, how Democrats can't see their own disruptions, fecklessness, and lack of focus (as exhibited here) as a major cause of where we are today is just mind-boggling. Even when they admit it's their fault, they find the safe harbor of their hatred for George W. Bush, and turn that puppy around in a heartbeat, though they all have "hate is not a family value" bumper stickers on their cars. It's just an ideological shit sandwich, filled with hypocrisy, piled on top of hypocrisy, piled on top of hypocrisy, between two pieces of organic whole wheat with rye. And they expect us to eat it.

Well, sorry, but I'm not hungry.

A Silly Conversation About Silly "Beliefs"

I found this video of Real Time With Bill Maher while reading stuff about Maher's new movie, and it typifies the insanity discussions about religion have today. Both Andrew Sullivan and Will.I.Am are New Agers claiming to be Christians (Sullivan, an Obama cultist, actually uses astrology to make real-world decisions, and Will.I.Am - another leading Obama cultist - starts yaking incoherently about "energy" in this clip) but Maher - who is into quackery himself - doesn't understand the parameters of NewAge enough to knowledgeably question them about the lunacy of what they're saying.

I especially like Sullivan's display of hurt and anger because Maher will talk about such things. It's the usual NewAge use of "feelings" to shut down any discussion that gets too close to revealing the insanity at the core of their "beliefs". I wish I could get on this show, because I'd really put a hurt on him. And Bill Maher, too, because, like all NewAgers, his focus is directed at the major religions only - like the fish not recognizing water, he knows nothing about the spiritual insanity he swims in.

There's nothing "real" going on there yet.
