The Significant Other Can't Stay Hidden Forever (As They Destroy Everything)

Aaron Rodgers warped his world, and ours, by listening to his NewAge girlfriend. We're not learning much, but, more people are listening to her - and women like her - more closely.
Like, after CNN fires Chris Cuomo over ethics, the quote that currently opens his wife's NewAge website becomes remarkable: “If the truth is hidden in a vault that you don’t have access to, how can you make the right choice?
Right? THAT means - since NewAge is about spreading misinformation - we can see Mrs. Alec Baldwin's "truth" is now inverted, as an "unthinkable nightmare" her husband can't explain. Which is nice, for her.
That's how NewAge "works": even if Oprah Winfrey is blamed for Dr. Oz’s rise to power — and possible Senate seathis wife's still listed on Wikipedia as a "Reiki Master",...and nobody's blinked. YET.

Let's Get All Caught-Up: This Blog Was Right (And It's The World That's Wrong)#3

Describing Democrats' deepest fears, The Washington Examiner’s Byron York said - along with the pandemic:

Focus groups point to weaknesses in what some Democrats believe is their ace in the hole — Trump.”

Name-checking Donald Trump is ringing hollow as the pandemic wears on, because - as TMR has shown over the last two posts - Trump wasn't in The NewAge Movement in 2008, when the Democrat’s anti-science nonsense began. And we keep being reminded of it's beginning. Example: The Spectator warning readers Bill Maher is not your ally. They’d know this if they were aware of The NewAge Movement - and antivaxxers - over the last decade:

If they were aware of them (see Alec I'm-Married-To-A-Killer-Yoga-Instructor Baldwin up there?) then they'd also know QAnon is a left-wing creation - not a product of Donald Trump - and they'd see NewAgers not only got us into this, but are now positioned as liberal gatekeepers, “advising” on how to get out of it.

Dr. Helen's Next Book Should Be On Male Backstabbing

"It’s interesting the way most of the media has rallied to defend [Alec] Baldwin even as they rallied to destroy Paula Deen"
But, but - BUT - Reynolds doesn't seem to grasp he (as part of "the media") shouldn't be trying to destroy either one for talking:

See, he wrote that statement while linking to an article by Jim Treacher, attacking Baldwin, like Treacher and Reynolds are liberals ("that racist, misogynist homophobe Alec Baldwin.")

Tell me - is that irony, hypocrisy, or just a Baldwin-hating fad? Really, please, help me:

I'm not as "educated" as these guys,....

Normal - Not Normal/Weird - Not Weird (I'm The Decider)

Thanks to my party, my choices keep getting tougher - and old music sounds better. Weird.

Now I'm faced with a president I dislike, a Republican candidate I despise, and a piece of legislation I hate - but - because my party chose to nominate a cultist - I can't vote for or against any of it.

Wonderful.

I'm almost tempted to vote for Obama because I know - and have seen how - we can box him in.

No matter what happens, I've got the feeling I'm living in North Korea Lite. On the left, The Great Leader is Obama. On the the Right, it's Joseph Smith - anything but a normal existence awaits.

What's normal?

Katie Holmes divorcing Scientology is normal.

John Edwards splitting from NewAge - under his daughter's ultimatum - is normal.

The parameters can even be expanded into the realm of not exactly "right" but understandable:

The con woman who jumped 35 stories to her death is normal ("You'll never get me, Copper!").

Telling women vain men aren't the best relationship choice is normal (Women have enough vanity for any relationship, thank you.)

A son, not wanting his father around his grandchildren after Dad divorced Mom, is normal ("You made your bed,…")

I even consider the story about the Swedish professor who sliced off and ate his wife's lip "when she returned home from a trip he believed she had taken with her new lover" as normal (Lipless Lady, in case no one in LiberaLand has told you by now, breaking the trust of your spouse through adultery is NOT how you end your marriage. It can drive people crazy,…)

Democrats still behaving like racists is normal (They've never acted like anything else, just changed who they'll defend against whom, racially).

But, trying to force weirdness into normalcy, this simply can't be understood:

Alec Baldwin "marrying" someone in the yoga cult (I put marrying in quotes because, I'm almost positive, there's a pre-nup) this is not normal.

People still being ignorant of atheism is not normal (but changing).

Supposedly educated people still falling for the "social justice" canard is not normal.

Seeing Scientology as a religion, instead of a con job, is not normal.

Oh - and I almost forgot:

Any "news source" reporting on that now-infamous survey - which found most women won’t date unemployed men - and didn't mention men have been carrying their sorry asses for thousands of years, or somehow connect to this Offsping video:

Well, I don't consider them normal at all,….

Alec Loves Rush

Alec Baldwin commented on Rush Limbaugh by calling the conservative talk radio host "an uneducated, marginally talented, overbearing, recovering drug addict."

As you may recall, this is similar to the attack launched against his own daughter recently.

Since he professes to love his daughter, and we think he does, then it only stands to reason that he loves Rush also.

And that means he really hates Obama.

That pesky Alec, he’s a complicated guy.

So Close - So Close And Yet So Far

Noel Sheppard writes:

"If a Bush-bashing, Republican-hating nincompoop like Alec Baldwin understands that Democrats are responsible for the current financial crisis, and is willing to say so on national television, why can't America's so-called "real" journalists?

Although it seems unlikely that Baldwin watches "The Factor," it is awfully coincidental that roughly 24 hours after Fox News's Bill O'Reilly tore Rep. Barney Frank (D-Mass.) apart for his role in propping up Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, the typically inept Baldwin, appearing on HBO's "Real Time," not only pointed fingers at Frank for the current crisis, but also blamed former President Clinton and fellow Democrats.

Maybe more delicious, this came moments after comedian Garry Shandling blamed it all on -- wait for it -- George W. Bush."

Yep. But as time goes on, Maher and Co. eventually steer the ship back off course, no matter what was just previously said that they all agreed with. I swear, how Democrats can't see their own disruptions, fecklessness, and lack of focus (as exhibited here) as a major cause of where we are today is just mind-boggling. Even when they admit it's their fault, they find the safe harbor of their hatred for George W. Bush, and turn that puppy around in a heartbeat, though they all have "hate is not a family value" bumper stickers on their cars. It's just an ideological shit sandwich, filled with hypocrisy, piled on top of hypocrisy, piled on top of hypocrisy, between two pieces of organic whole wheat with rye. And they expect us to eat it.

Well, sorry, but I'm not hungry.

Sound Advice

""Never go with a hippie to a second location."

- Jack (Alec Baldwin) on 30 Rock (One of my favorite shows)
