And, if you believe Marco Rubio's claim that "we had nothing to do with it" - after Donald Trump made it clear he gave Iran an offer they can't refuse - then you're more gullible than Steve Jobs with cancer.

The United States government and its allies rely on your gullibility. They rely on the gullible accepting what they say about Iran screaming "Death to America," because the gullible never ask why Iran screams "Death to America." They rely on the gullible never knowing the CIA has been screwing around with Iran since the 1950s - mostly to help the British. By the way, Einstein also said to "blame the British" for all of this nonsense - that's also an important piece of information that goes unmentioned, as military-loving Piers Morgan continually tries to position himself as a fair arbitrator.

It's only taken this so-called journalist a year-and-a-half to see the genocide everyone else identified immediately. In other words, he may be a journalist - but he's a useless one. Unless you support the British colonial project. Then he's excellent at doing his job: Fooling his viewers - but, especially, Americans.

And then there's the claim Iran would have a bomb in three years - we've been making that one since 1984 - without ever being called out as liars when three years had (repeatedly) passed. It doesn't get more gullible than that. (The evil, that radiates from Bibi's face, is both breathtaking and telling: he's a monster).

 How zionists got away with claiming Palestine was "a land without a people," in the first place, when there's always been Palestinians there - or why the United States government backs the zionists in their lies - are questions Americans never hear. I Don't See Race (That's Why I Stick Up For Only One.)

 As the post-Romney/Trayvon/Government shutdown Darlings of the Delusional, they must be thinking - after this third (forth?) devastating political loss - they'll merely pick from Rand Paul, Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, etc. and what the general public perceives The Tea Party as won't matter.

If he was willing to accept the crappy Gang of Eight plan, what other crappy things would he be willing to accept but is forced to reject — for now — because doing so would utterly destroy what’s left of his tea-party cred? Choosing immigration reform as his first big legislative initiative before 2016 had lots of political upsides for him, but also a big downside: It planted the seed of doubt among the grassroots righties who cheered loudest for him when he first got elected to the Senate.

The truth is - suffering from the inability to identify integrity - the religious Teas are now as gullible as NewAgers to con artists,....

The Crazy Vote. Mark Levin says "I Will Do Everything I Can To Make Sure Christie Is Not The Nominee." Because actually picking someone from our "side," who the American public can get behind, is madness. "I bet he's done ten great things, but he hasn't done enough." Levin says. So, the man who said he'd be glad to fight with the hopeless Romney as president won't fight with Christie, though he's got an actual shot at winning. Like I said, Mark's gone crazy.

 

 Rand Paul - being not a Birther - wins the less-crazy vote. Sounds like he's been listening to his dad, who called his dust-up with Christie "irrelevant" and seemed embarrassed his boy has learned so little. Good.

 

 BTW - shades of Obama - isn't that reporter in the last clip the same one who, unprompted, called George W. Bush a monkey? Why yes, yes it is. Curious thing, that.

 The semi-sane vote. Charlie seems to think the R's have an attractive field with Chris Christie and an assortment of obvious wannabes and milk toasts (Please stop putting Bobby Jindal in front of me - it's not going to happen). He's right, that Hillary can be beat, that she's an unattractive candidate. So what do you do? Right now, playing to our strengths, we elect Christie and deal with that fall-out afterwards.

Cruzin' 4 A Bruzin' (Or If U Gonna Be A RINO Be Angry)

The Divine Mr. Cruz, siding with Rand Paul against Chris Christie, is interesting. Marco Rubio, now the weasel of the group, will surely join them. It's almost a former-tweener generational thing - everyone's born between 1960 and 1970 - and Rand has what little real charisma The Three Little Brothers possess. Scott Walker doesn't look stupid (so far) so I wouldn't think he'd want to be associated with Ron's snot-nosed kid:

“If he cared about protecting this country, maybe he wouldn’t be in this, “Gimme, gimme, gimme, gimme all the money you have in Washington, or don’t have,’ and he’d be a little more fiscally responsive and know that the way we defend our country, the way we have enough money for national defense, is by being frugal and not by saying, ‘Gimme, gimme, gimme’ all the time.”

 

I can tell you, after decades of playing the dozens, that didn't look good from the cheap seats. And Christie easily deflected it, with Hot Air (I think wrongly) calling Christie "an 'angry RINO' charging at rivals on the right" when Christie's only crime, as far as I can tell - and always as a Republican - was merely to care for the people of his state in a disaster. 

There's a remote chance Scott Walker would see the wisdom in that approach to leadership:

“I find it interesting that Sen. Paul is accusing us of having a ‘gimme, gimme, gimme’ attitude towards federal spending when in fact New Jersey is a donor state and we get 61 cents back on every dollar we send to Washington,” Christie said. “And interestingly, Kentucky gets $1.51...”

The Right, now, doesn't realize how culturally right they've swung under Obama - just as the Left didn't realize it under Bush. Their courting of the hispanic vote has been ugly, cynical, grasping, and futile, verging on unAmerican. 

They've forgotten how to win votes. 

They've forgotten why they're there at all. 

Doesn't anybody just want to run on being an American anymore? 

I mean, I don't know about you but, considering what's coming, 

if a Christie/Walker/Center/Right ticket is shaping up, I'm welcoming it,...

It's Not Where Rubio & Hot Air's From (But Where I'm At)

You know that moment when someone, maybe a friend, finds fortune of some kind and they start making changes to accommodate it, until you're forced to tell them "you've changed - and not for the better"? That's what is happening to Marco. He's acquiring too much polish for his own good, reducing the best thing about him - that he can clearly and plainly articulate what this country is all about - to calculation, revealing his dark side once the authenticity is gone. 

He'll never be Antonio Villaraigosa, thank goodness, but, ever so slightly, he's moving in that direction.

Hot Air probably attended the Republican National Convention.

Hot Air probably knows Marco Rubio personally.

All 100% true, without embellishment. So boggle my fucking mind, and riddle me this, Batman:

What good is Hot Air if they're just discovering something my black ass nailed, after one glimpse of this wanker on television, last year?

Is he giving us some brilliant insight into politics right now? No. As I've said a billion times, the ONLY story that's important is how fucked up the right-wing tastemakers who promoted Romney are - people like Ann and Glenn - and whether they're willing to change. To look at Marco Rubio like "he's fucking up" is to be in total denial (and, in this context, could be called racist) or it's to change the subject away from the results of their own lame counsel.

It's Easy To Confuse Trembling With A Case Of The Shakes (When You're Always Kept At A Distance,...)

Rubio! Cruz! Rubio! Cruz! - a total denial strategy - indicating the Republican Party is going to be stuck in the wilderness for a long, long time:

No one saw this coming, which is probably why Gallup had Romney up by 5 points before Hurricane Sandy hit, and up by 1 point in its last pre-election poll after the hurricane.
 

Only two groups voted in larger numbers in 2012 compared to 2008: blacks aged 45-64, and blacks over the age of 65 — mostly elderly black women.

Is It Possible Living A Life Of Luxury Makes You Stupid?

They say this stuff, but no one can grasp it:

On the Right, there is at least as much discussion of the fact that Rubio was asked this elephant trap of a question at all as there is of the details of his answer. And that’s good. But a better question might be, why wasn’t Gabbard asked it? Or President Obama, or Senator Harry Reid or Representative Keith Ellison? After all, Gabbard’s espoused Hinduism, like Obama’s espoused Christianity or Ellison’s espoused Islam or Harry Reid’s espoused Mormonism, entails a range of commitments to claims that are, prima facie, at odds with the empirical record. But there isn’t a cottage industry in interrogating Democrats on their faith the way there is with religious conservatives.
