It never occurred to any of them to point out that Katrina was a natural disaster, and seeing as how W didn't control the weather...did it? Nah, didn't think so.
Of course, I could also counter that Sandy could hardly be Obama's fault...because there really is no weather machine that the president controls.
In the meantime, this healthcare bill does have some serious flaws, there are serious flaws in the few countering healthcare ideas (the few!) that have been tabled, and nobody is any closer to actually fixing problems for the American people than they were when we left them in last week's episode...yay us! (this attitude, all of it, being why I just give up at this point)
...although, to be fair, this is an attitude that is not unique to the Republican/conservative side of the aisle, as the below so aptly illustrates (the Democrats have just been allowed to get away with it more, because they keep it under wraps and sell themselves better -- give them time, this will become a common and not shocking occurence)
