You ARE Still That Loser Kid In High School,...

...And your work has always said so:
I still feel like that loser kid in high school
Lady GaGa goes on a crying jag for HBO.

Awww, whatsa matter, Lady G? Nose jobs, NewAge, bad art, and turning other people's kids into "little monsters" isn't fulfilling?

Fucking loser.

The Escape From Cult World Won't Be Easy,...

...starting with the fact almost everybody's lost:
Like all too many Americans TIME Magazine proves that it doesn’t know what is worth celebrating, noting, or memorializing in this world. Time doesn’t know what “important” means, it doesn’t know what “influential” means, it doesn’t even know what “top” means. And it has proven this again with its latest “2011 TIME 100 most influential people in the world.”
We've got to get our bearings - those of us who've still got our balls - and that means not allowing ourselves to be distracted by zombies and evildoers. I told you TIME was gone long ago.

Let the others fret about 'em. Forget 'em. It's time for us to move. The way out is clear, and we're not waiting for the "slow" ones, so gather your things and let's go home:

America awaits.

Looking At TMR's Past (To Find TMR's Future)

Every so often, I'll do a post I'm really proud of, or that proves to have staying power with the public by being passed around for years and bringing in new readers. Here's a few of those, so the rest of you can see what's so special and maybe start passing them around as well. In no particular order:

Hay Is For Horses: Reading Between The (Circular) Lines (Of Reasoning) On Louise Hay

"Eternal War Must Never End" - Barack Obama And The Alinsky Method: Leftist NewAge Beliefs

The Big Bang (Part 1)

Who's Afraid Of The Big Bad Wolf?

Women Getting Squirrelly (And Collecting Nuts)

Black Bigotry Won't Lead Us To Freedom Either

It's All Around You: Conductor Robert Spano on Music & Metaphysics (Numerology & Kabbalah)

Here he talks about Mozart, Numerology, Freemasonry, and how these ideas are embedded into the music we're intimately familiar with - embedding them in us.

And here, he describes the nonsense Madonna's been studying, which would explain why she hasn't been able to make a decent song since adopting it.

The Double Standard: Gays Can Say Anything

Oh yeah - let a rapper speak and you'd think civilization itself was falling, from the reaction,...

"Oh my Gawd, he said the word 'bitch' and you know you can't allow that,..."

Rappers must be stopped at every turn, with public campaigns and denunciations from politicians,..

Meanwhile, all over the nation and the world, gay people have been saying anything and everything without anyone making a peep,...

Don't get me wrong:

This is not a call to shut gays up, or to make new rules,...

Unless the new rules are to shut up hypocrites in Western society.

Extra credit - I've actually seen this happen:

Anything - ANYTHING - To Make Voters Forget What An Awful President Obama Is (And How Badly Democrats Have Governed From Day One)

WASHINGTON – It's the conspiracy theory that won't go away. And it's forcing Republican officials and presidential contenders to pick sides: Do they think Barack Obama was born outside the United States and disqualified to be president?

As the Republican candidates tiptoe through the minefield, Democrats are watching. They hope the debate will fire up their liberal base and perhaps tie the eventual GOP nominee to fringe beliefs that swing voters will reject.
The 'Birther' controversy on the GOP side.

If voters allow Barack Obama four more years - for any reason - they've openly declared themselves suicidal.

Because Your Ass Wouldn't Even Try It In Texas

"This is public space. There's a new law, but I still don't understand it. Why can't we sit here?"
The police are enforcing San Francisco's ban on sidewalk sitting, peeing, shitting, panhandling and loitering.

Now, if they'll only do something about the $1,700 a month studio apartments,...

TMR? Indecent? Whatever: I'm Owning It Now!

There was a line, before, that I would not cross, but no more:

There have always been those who demand restrictions be put on art and there will always be in the future - fuck 'em.

Art is the one area of life where this conservative has accepted everything, and now, with this barrier put between me and the outside world, I've decided - rather than being a fence that will hem me in - it will become a mountain range of protection that will not only keep the losers out, but that I can fire at them from, at will. What are they going to do now? Complain they didn't know?

So, welcome to the "new" TMR, where I can post what I want - without concern for a politically correct moral and ethical system I don't agree with anyway. Expect a wider variety of content from here on out - and a wider variety of topics - but, if you're here, know you've already been warned:

Either grow up or get out because I ain't listening.

Sure, Sarah Palin's Too Stupid To Be President (We Need To Find Another Really Smart Guy)

The reforms we seek would bring greater competition, choice, savings and inefficiencies to our health care system."

--Barack Obama

"I have made good judgments in the past. I have made good judgments in the future."

--Barack Obama

‎"On this Memorial Day, as our nation honors its unbroken line of fallen heroes and I see many of them in the audience here today."

--Barack Obama

"I've now been in 57 states; I think one left to go."

--Barack Obama

Synova Attacks (She's Never Done That Before)

My friend, Synova, challenges me on Althouse:

At what point, Crack, are we supposed to enforce "good" on anyone?

Now - try it now - it's not like you've tried it before. You never know - things just might change for the better.

What do you want us to do about crappy Brittney Spears music?

Ignore it. As Frank Zappa reminded Tipper Gore's PMRC, there's other music. You don't have to do this.

What do you want us to do about silly 20 year old boys?

Do what my friends and I did with one today: educate him.

Perhaps we can appoint a committee to approve music?

That would be communism.

Do you think that your music would get approved?

Hell no, I destroy communism.

We could approve books, too.

Funny you should say that while misreading me.

Do away with something as vacuous as a NASCAR romance.

What? You got a problem with NASCAR? Don't put it on me.

We could have a committee to approve books and do away with all the outright damaging new age self-help crap.

I'll settle for prosecutions for fraud, and other related crimes, thank you.

Maybe the committee will enforce good Christian morality in everything.

I don't know where you got this committee thing, or where you're going with it, but I'm glad it's your idea and not mine.

Instead of reporting a blog the citizens don't like so it gets flagged, maybe it will get shut down instead.

This blog has been taken down twice, and now flagged as indecent, so you don't think getting it shut down isn't already the intent?

We could pass laws against fast food, since fast food is bad for the masses, the poor and minorities who need protection, and if it's illegal maybe they'll eat more vegetables. Sound like a plan?

If you're a liberal.

Do you just want us to agree that Brittney Spears sucks? Yes, she sucks.

A little louder, please.

But at this point you sound a little bit like the whiners who complained that Joe the Plumber got a slice of the finite publishing resources that someone else deserved... someone with the right opinions instead of the wrong ones... someone worthy.

I "sound a little bit like" that? That's probably because you spent this entire post putting your words and viewpoint in my mouth. The only thing you said that sounded even remotely like me is "Brittney Spears sucks". I never asked or demanded a committee for anything.

One of the biggest problems I have talking to people, online, is their assumption they can read my mind, sort my thoughts, or interpret my meaning, without asking me for clarification. Setting up a bunch of straw men and then knocking them down yourself is your and Obama's tactic, not mine, so it doesn't surprise me you're confused as to where I'm coming from:

Like Obama, you don't care where I, or anyone else, is coming from or you would've asked and not gona on and on, charging me with this made up committee nonsense.

That, too, is a much too common problem today.

But not as common as thinking such behavior constitutes fair play, good citizenship, or debate. Your whole line of attack strikes me as silly. Too silly for me to seriously reply to it. I will say this much, though:

Maybe if we did start listening to people who are worthy - you know, not those who will claim "He is risen" while knowing anyone who says that is committing a fraud - we might be better off.

Way, waaay, better off.

Very Appropriate: The Cars (2011) - "Sad Song"

Interesting. It appears the boys see us driving off a cliff as well,...welcome back, guys.

This Is NOT A Happy Easter: Sai Baba Has Died!

This of course means Afroman will be molesting kids in Heaven who thought they had escaped his clutches:
Sathya Sai Baba’s death – no miracles

The death of Sathya Sai Baba was wrongly predicted by him, he did not live into his 90s as he prophesies on numerous occasions! Yet another false boast, and one which confounds all the devotees who blindly believed his words and in his divinity. He died a sick man, in more sense than one!  The BBC has announced his death, but adds that he has been accused of fraudulent miracle tricks and sexual abuses. This is an epitaph that will always follow him and, as researchers and historians collect and study the evidence, the accusations and the reason Sai Baba avoided prosecution will become evident and a permanent part of his otherwise largely bogus ‘story’.
So, there's another one who got away, while his victims were forced to suffer in silence, living lives of depression as they powerlessly watched the others worship this asshole as "a living god". Those fucking evil morons. Those hideous torturers. Those shameful excrement.

Oh well, at least he's dead now. That's one way to make it stop,...shit, because of the way this joint is set up, it's the only way. The rest of you aren't going to do anything. You're too busy propping up the supports for believing in nonsense. None of it can be allowed to stand or fall on it's own. Is this the Christian's Easter or the Pagan's Earth Day? (Earth Day?)

Sharing my life with the likes of this, frankly My Dear, I really could give a damn.
