Crack...They were not reading a Bible in public. They were proclaiming the scriptures from a bible in public.
ReplyDeleteTe power of proclaimed scripture is an offens to the civil authority that wants to be the sole authority.
Freedom of speech is limited to non trespass situations.
But I doubt they will forbid Muslim Prayer Tower chants since Muslims are against Christianity like the civil authorities are these days.
