Into The Whole

So, pawing in the darkness, we're to see our way to a bright future. Brilliance. 

My confidence is waaay up already. And my eyes are closed. So let's go!

Who will lead? Is there a leader? There has to be a leader. 

Or is this one of those there-is-no-leader kind of things? It's probably a there-is-no-leader kind of thing.  

Feels like it anyway:
