Scott Walker's Wisconsin (Is A Bad Place To Be Black)

A racist Governor - and his support from an arrogantly oblivious blogging law professor - was enough of a tip-off for me:

”The Annie E. Casey Foundation put out a report this year ranking Wisconsin as the worst place to raise black children. (It beat out Mississippi, which was the second-worst place.)”
