Oprah is Obama's ace in the hole. She'll be Obama's VP after conveniently leaving her show in 2011. Obama won't need idiot Joe anymore because of the vast diplomatic experience he'll have gained in office. Not like it was planned all along.
Great idea, but how do you fight the revival-tent hysteria of Oprah fans? As I wrote way back in December of 2008 following Oprah's endorsement, folks hear what they want to hear:
Now that's a ticket to make Obama - Hillary look attractive.
I'll admit that I've never really watched the Oprah show. But I fail to understand how her show gives her experience that is in any way related to politics.

I have been boycotting all of the Hollywood Liberals (the loudmouth ones) for years, but I would love to see the rest of the Tea Party Advocates boycotting these tools too.
Isn't the lovely and vivacious kraken Mrs. Obama supposed to be just a scootch jealous about Oprah? I think if Oprah were to become V-P, Michelle would have to be taken care of, somehow. Like on permanent vacation at a 5-star hotel in Spain. You know at this point, she's not going to settle for dreary little grey and cold Chicago.
Glenn Reynolds claims the Tea Party movement is majority-female but the audience numbers for the left-leaning, very P.C. Oprah show haven't crashed. Explanation?

Whoops. That should have been "December of 2006" in previous comment!
