I knew it - Jerry's done - and now all the black comedians are going to be asked to come to his rescue (Can that work, twice, for the same show? Will Seinfeld become the next Amos & Andy?)
I don't know about Seinfeld, but it's too late for Jerry and CCGC - he's (culturally) fried himself:
Since Seinfeld lost it, arguing he should've been able to stick with his signature brand of comedy - harmless observations and "did you ever wonder about" wryness - instead of getting mad, that's probably what he should've stuck with, during the interview. It reminds me, so much, like Steve Martin - and Trooper York, now, too:
