"Black Panther crap" was in reaction to massive racism from whites - who talk and act, remarkably, like Mark Levin - NOT the other way around.

 "Black Panther crap" was the inspiration for the nation's school lunch programs for the poor - something whites (who talk and act, remarkably, like Mark Levin) were not willing to do for their fellow Americans - which made them the "separatists". 

Mark Levin does NOT say - almost every time he opens his mouth - he reminds many voters (including this one) of America's "bad old days".
