Seth Macfarland ties her to popularizing pseudoscience - specifically - but her crimes include deaths, rapes, spreading misinformation, conspiracy theories (like helping to incite "Satanic Panic" as early as the 1980s, and more). That Shirley MacLaine has been "guiding" her, alone, should've been a journalistic goldmine.
