The Democrats are always asking about Trump's "crimes" because if you ask them about Harvey Milk's rapes - or stealing his election - or Bill Clinton's multiple rape accusers, or the rapists and murderers Oprah has supported (when she wasn't campaigning with Obama) or their warping of the media, then you get much less coherency than this.
And they, too, only get away with it by ALSO saying "I don't care."
