What's The Problem With Conservative White Guys?

Why don't conservative white guys act like the white guys who get along with everybody? Conservative white guys are always telling everyone else to act like them, because they've been successful (leaving out all the historical advantages everyone knows American society boosted them with) so why don't they listen to anybody white who's being successful at getting along with others? Where's the conservative Bill Burr Fan Club? Blacks seem to love him. So what's the conservative's problem?

How did Louis CK get so enlightened on racial issues, when conservative white guys seem to have huge problems? How is he so gracious, while they're so viciously hostile? Is it because he's part Jewish? Part Mexican? Or is he just a better class of person than they are?

White conservative guys often think they have to come across hardcore, and racial differences can't be mentioned, because they're "colorblind" - which is the opposite of what black people want from them. We prefer they be decent people who can make intelligent observations about the collective situation we're in.

I don't get that watching Fox News.

Tim Gaither loves black people. Announces it. You don't see that very often. Love's not a sentiment I hear from conservative white guys. They usually want to know something that'll start a fight, like why black people don't live their lives according to one line in Martin Luther King's "I Have A Dream" speech. (Hint: Martin Luther King made more speeches than that.)

White guys who can handle black people, without getting upset, are unique and deserve to be emulated. The ones who know the difference between a real criticism and just some "woke" bullshit. They're cherished. But that is NOT most conservatives. Conservatives think there is no real criticism. And that, all by itself, is a problem.

Because racism, past and present, is real. And effects us all, whether we realize how or not.

Slavery lasted roughly 250 years, with Jim Crow going for another hundred. And now we're here. Or, as Louis CK says, slavery ended after two old ladies lived and died. That's not very long ago. So, if you don't have some, almost collective memory of all of that coursing through your bones, somehow or in someway, then I don't know what kind of American you are.

As they read this, I'm sure there are many people who forget Quakers and abolitionists were white people who were always vehemently against slavery and the oppression of blacks. Are you going to tell me there's no one else carrying on that tradition today? Or deny their numbers have always been small?

That's America.

Their numbers have always been small. So the "majority" as a concept is what it's all about. And all I'm saying is some white people handle being the majority more gracefully, today, than others. And they're not the Republicans demanding blacks leave the Democrat party. I ended up going Independent, and a Trump supporter, because I just couldn't take Republicans anymore.

And white conservative dudes ought to take note, because it is to today's abolitionists - not the Greg Gutfeld's trying to tell us we're wrong - that I am eternally grateful for. Because - really - without the rest, black people like me would probably go crazy.

I Tried To Escape Racism By Going To France (That Didn't Work Out So Well)

Imagine you're black (if you ain't) and going France, trying to escape hypocrisies, embedded in American racism - only to discover France is currently blaming American blacks for their racial problems - with the approval of the conservative American whites you're running from, who normally otherwise hate the French, because (they know and usually preach how) the French get everything wrong

Would your outlook on international racism be reversed - or reinforced?

NewAge Blacks Whites "Picked" To Advance (Have Not Been Good For Blacks)

Blacks know Oprah's up to something unhealthy (just as conservatives see *something* going on with blacks) but, can't put their finger on what it is, just yet.

Conservatives Now Hope France Will Fix "Woke" Culture - That Conservatives Blame On Blacks (Though Everyone Keeps Telling The Racists It IS French)

Even more peculiar was that I was in France when Oprah started campaigning with Obama, so - unlike the American news media - I couldn't ignore the 30+ years she had been spreading conspiracy theories, misinformation, pseudoscience, and race-based historical inaccuracies - just like they were doing in France when I was living there. That sidelined me, early, when I got back: I was the first man "canceled" over being aware of this transmission.

Now, today - also unlike the American news media - I don't focus much (if at all) on the year and a few months QAnon has been around, after all the Jim Jones-like evidence, of the left's mystical malfeasance, abandoned for anyone who wants to find it. All I can do is wait - until the world "wakes up" to the similarities, between what we're seeing, today, and how France has always been living.

Or, at least, wait for this idiot to see it - who (as usual) lays the blame on blacks - but A) ain't black and never will be B) never been to France, so knows little about it or them, and C) still wantonly spreads misinformation about both subjects, like he knows something, he seriously can't claim to have a clue about.

When Hillary Called "Psychics" To The WH The U.S. Should've Known What's Up

Like Oprah campaigning with Obama, homeopathy has been sold, for the last 200 years, without hardly anyone making a peep that it's a total fraud - there's even an international industry dedicated to it (I'd love to see what they do at "work" all day,...). Whole Foods sells it - $30.00 a pop for water - claiming they do it "for your health". Hey - they scam you to pay more for their "organic" groceries, so - what the heck? Oprah proves, daily, you're all trippin' anyway.
Today, David Remnick and Robert Reich joined David Axelrod in declaringing history will save the Democrats (an odd reaction for the "winners" of the last election,...) while conservatives have been making the case that France (of all places) will ride to the Republican Party's rescue on race. They're all making about as much sense, on these topics, as humanity's been on homeopathy.
We're just - quite literally - doomed.

Glenn Reynolds And Conrad Black Rely On Cheese-Eating Surrender Monkeys

Anytime I see American conservatives, hoping France (of all places) will come to their rescue, I KNOW there's either:
A) a major glitch in The Matrix, or
Ain't gonna happen.
The American right's (almost) blanket denial - of all black's claims - ain't gonna fly, no matter which other (formally?) racist nation joins them, in trying to get them off the ground. The Republican Party's 2012 Election Autopsy (which they ignored) and President Trump's gains amongst blacks and latinos, say it's the American right with the problem - not blacks - and that hasn't changed, so they need to start shutting-up, and working harder, to figure their patriotism out.

Ethically, the Republican Party would do better to turn to Rick Perry right now. Yes, I said Rick Perry, the former Texas Governor. He's a good man, who's thought a lot about race in America, and had some good ideas on the subject. And his conservative credentials are impeccable.

That means, as far as I know, he's never felt cheeky for sleeping with a student (or someone old enough to be his Grandmother) nor stole his spouse, nor betrayed one, so his opinions might have more credibility than this fool's.

As American conservatives should know, a history of honesty holds everything together, and they're not going to find that in France.

Quackery Is The One Currency (The Crazies On Both "Sides" Are Wallowing In)

I know I'm watching Glenn Reynolds stoking political trouble on Instapundit when I see him promoting questions like Whose side do you think the Reality Czar will come down on?
It should eventually register that, by encouraging the right to set it's hair on fire each morning, these crazy conservatives have lost all sense of nuance, just like the Democrats - there has to be a "side" - not some things "true" and some "false" on both sides, but ONE HAS TO BE COMPLETELY EXONERATED OR CONDEMNED FOR THEM TO BE HAPPY. Truth is beside the point. Pitting us at each other's throats pays the bills.
That's because anyone who thinks they're on a "side" - as an American citizen - is already crazy. But, especially crazy conservatives who promote quackery.

No Reasoning: Crack Is Back

You read it. She said it. Give credit. Let's go:

Facebook canceled me - temporarily, I think - but I'm making it permanent. The whole idea of an unseen cult member, thinking I'm beyond the pale, is enough for me to say that's *maybe* not the best platform. YMMV.

I mostly used Facebook to comment on current events, and I can do that here, so who needs it? All I have to wonder, now, is if anybody else, beyond friends, can handle me - and in long form?

Like, I said "cult member" (in this case) because "Facebook" seems to be home to virtue-signaling wannabe fascists (both behind the scenes and a lot of the users). Sorry, but there it is, in my own words. Is that too much? For Facebook, definitely. But not for The Macho Response. That's plain English.

Started back around 2005 (not 2007 as the archives indicate) this blog has covered a lot of topics that have found resonance in the era we're living through now, cultism being the most obvious. There's even a tag for it. So I say cultists. There's no reasoning with cultists, as evidenced by how Facebook cancels users - without explanation.

As I said, I've been hip to their game, for a long time. I've actually been intimate with every major progressive cult idea long before they became part of the larger culture - #MeToo's cries of "Believe Me!" or the Democrat Party's love for bogus "spiritual" mediums like Marianne Williamson - so my fun, today, is mostly in getting to watch the rest of you endure it, in my experience's wake.

Needless today, "STOP" is still not in the left's vocabulary, as it is the right's (It was William F. Buckley, Jr. who famously said a conservative stands athwart history yelling 'stop') so they will continue on - fired up and ready to go! - towards the political cliff that's inevitably waiting for them, blinded by their own narcissism.

It's fitting, and less regretable by the day, as everything - today - seems to be. And that's all I'm going to say about that.

Black Bird Singing (In The Dead Of Night)

Paul McCartney did a song declaring Trump "mad" and the media - including the conservative media - makes sure the world knows and hears it. But, make a song about the Democrats - and even promote it to conservative outlets - and they'll make sure A) it will never see the light of day, and B) the artist is ignored, or destroyed, if they haven't conformed to their ideological image of conservatism.

Just a warning to any black artists considering a switch: The Right hates you, and will make life as miserable as any Democrats - unless you suck their dicks, too.
