By odd coincidence it is my husband's, mom's birthday.
The woman's been dead for 15 years, but the issues still linger (my MIL had a hard, messed up life, and it was just too much for her to get around; it contributed to her death...and that kinda messed with her family; my husband takes it especially hard -- best to just be real quiet today and give a wide berth).
