1999 - Christopher Hitchens: "I have known a number of people who worked for [Bill Clinton], and who have worked with this man. They act like cult members while they are still under the spell, and talk like ex-cult members as soon as they've broken away."
2005 - Hillary Clinton: a featured politician in Francis Wheen's chronicle of pre-millennial NewAge cult behavior, "How Mumbo-Jumbo Conquered The World". Everyone, the Democrat party, journalists, the public - everybody - ignores it's ugly implications, to this day.
2006 - Bill Clinton: the Democrat Party's Rapist-in Chief slipped up in public, by mentioning discussions he's had with the cult leader, Ken Wilber, about the American people.
2008 - Barack Obama: the then-Senator campaigned with Oprah Winfrey's NewAge cult, (as a "Lightworker") to little-to-no negative comment, despite her long-running reputation for fraud.
2019 - Marianne Williamson: After four years of browbeating the nation with Hillary Clinton's lie of "Russian collusion" (following her lie about "a vast Rightwing conspiracy") the "party of Science" ran her "spiritual advisor" (and Oprah's) another cult leader. Again - to hardly any comment - much less, any that was negative.
2021 - A former staffer to Andrew Cuomo: “We’re all kind of waking up to the fact that we were in a cult.”
GOOD, BECAUSE IT'S NOT LIKE ANYONE'S GOING TO WARN YOU WHEN THEY'VE GOT YOU, IN THIS CULT-WORSHIPPING CULTURE.
