This professor (and doctor) ought to be linking to me every day - they, and their readers, need me - and, instead, he and I are engaged in a stupid pissing match. The whole set-up is insane. Next, one of his readers suggests a chiropractor - WRONG - before another one suggests the humble heating pad, which is a better investment, but not as good as simply telling her to stop sitting in chairs so much, which (like the final suggestion they get) doesn't cost a dime. Incredible.
Note to Dr. Helen:
Try "sitting" like in the photo, above, as much as possible. Avoid chairs. And, please, don't start doing yoga.
