The I.Q. Level Drop (Making Most Dubstep Songs Seem Tame By Comparison)

 

There's three, really good reasons, that Democrat voters would call it a Civil Rights vote to support the man behind the 1994 Crime Bill (that wrongly imprisoned millions of blacks for 26 years) AND his pot-smoking Vice President (who laughed after busting blacks who did the same): 

1) Democrat voters are NOT smart people, so 2) they're also easily manipulated, and 3) the party finds that combination irresistible.
